Bounties are rewards given by the World Government to pirates or any other criminal who goes against what the World Government has outlined. Generally speaking, rewards depend on two factors. The first factor is the strength of an individual taking up arms against the government, and the second is how much of a threat they pose to the government. You could say that bounties make up one of the most exciting parts of One Pieceand over the years we've seen some of the highest and most exciting rewards revealed. But there are also some of the very highest rewards that remain a mystery to this day.

Yasopp

Yasopp is one of the senior officers in Shank's pirate crew, and fans know him to be one of the most powerful pirates on the seas. Yasopp is incredibly powerful. In fact, it is believed that Yasopl has a very high bounty, given that the entire Red Hair Pirates have a high bounty average across the board. Fans do not know his reward at this time; however, it will likely be over a billion berries, given that the weakest All Star of the Beast Pirates had a 1 billion berry Bounty.

Lucky Roux

Lucky Rouz is the second strongest officer under Shanks, and his strength, although unknown at this point, is most likely extremely high. Given his position in the Red Hair Pirates, Lucky Roux will become one of the most wanted men in the One Piece world. Roux's reward will surely be in the billions, especially since he is the second strongest commander in the group.

With the story now starting to focus more on the Red Hair Pirates, fans will definitely see more attention directed at him.

Diamond Jozu was one of the strongest individuals in the Whitebeard Pirates. He was the third division commander of the crew, and he led the fighting unit of the Whitebeard Pirates. In terms of strength, he could stand up to an admiral, which is nothing short of impressive.

His Haki, as well as his physical strength, speed, and Devil Fruit control were absolutely impeccable. Jozu's bounty would surely be over a billion, especially since Izo had a bounty of 510 million despite being nowhere near him in terms of strength.

Scopper Gaban was part of the Pirate King's crew and together with Roger he went to the Final Island, Laugh Tale, where he found out the truth about the whole world. That alone should have raised his reward over a billion berries. But at the same time, Gaban was also one of Roger's strongest men. In fact, Gaban, along with Rayleigh, formed Roger's left and right hand, and his importance to Roger Pirates cannot be underestimated. His strength is also on par with Rogers and he is on par with Rayleigh, and that makes him worth billions.

The Pirate King's right-hand man and the man known as the Dark King, Rayleigh was an extremely powerful pirate, and remains so to this day.

Rayleigh's bounty is still active, as confirmed by Kizaru in the Sabaody Archipelago Arc. His body height, as well as his strength, is enough to give him a reward comparable to a Yonko in the One Piece world, just like Gaban.

Supreme Commander of the Revolutionary Army, Monkey D. Dragon is among the strongest and most influential individuals in the One Piece World. In Final Saga, Dragon has a big role laid out for himself. Considering he's the world's worst criminal, Dragon will have a very high bounty on his head that will most likely be comparable to the Yonko themselves.

He's actively fighting the government right now, and that might mean his reward is even higher than Yonko's. Fans will most likely find out about his reward very soon.
