While writing the villains in Naruto, Kishimoto made it a point to make them as interesting as possible. He gave them compelling backstories and a complex morality. In some cases, the writer has even made it a point to give the villains their own redemption arcs. But not all of them were worthy of redemption. Many villains were downright evil, and should never have been given another chance. With that in mind, here are all the Naruto characters who didn't deserve redemption.

Naruto: 10 Characters Who Have Regenerative Abilities
Regenerative abilities give these Naruto characters an edge in any fight.

Orochimaru
-
Affiliation: Hidden Leaf, Akatsuki, Hidden Sound
In many ways, Orochimaru was the main highlight of Naruto Part 1. The way he was introduced made viewers cringe. Orochimaru was completely evil and had no remorse for his actions. He conducted human experiments, which more often than not ended in the death of the test subjects. If that wasn't enough, he even attacked the Hidden Leaf village, resulting in the death of Hiruzen Sarutobi. Given his past, he should have been severely punished, but somehow he wasn't.

Obito Uchiha
-
Affiliation: Hidden Leaf, Akatsuki
One can feel sorry for Obito and still criticize his actions. It's true that he suffered because of his ancestor's and Black Zetsu's actions, but at the same time, he had a choice. Obito could have given up his life and entrusted the future to his best friend, but he chose to unleash the nine tails on the hidden blade. Obito didn't stop there. He manipulated the Akatsuki from the shadows and eventually started the Fourth Great Ninja War. His actions were unforgivable, and he should never have been redeemed.

7 Naruto Characters That Would Lose To Boruto Uzumaki
Even Naruto's strongest characters cannot compete with Boruto's level. They would lose to him in a heartbeat.

Itachi Uchiha
-
Affiliation: Hidden Leaf, Akatsuki
Itachi was a victim of Danzo's and the other elders in the hidden blade's malevolent nature. While he deserves pity, that doesn't mean he should have been redeemed by Masashi Kishimoto. It is hard to overlook the fact that Itachi massacred his parents and several other members of the Uchiha clan. He even used a high level Genjutsu on Sasuke, who was just a child. Itachi's actions traumatized Sasuke, and he was forced to live a life without his parents. Instead of forcing his younger brother to deal with such an absurd amount of trauma, he could have been honest with him.

Zabuza Momochi
Zabuza is one of the prominent characters in Naruto. He was introduced in the first half of the story, and it hardly took him any time to make an impact on the viewers. Zabuza came off as a malicious individual who would hurt anyone for a little money, and to a certain extent that was true. Zabuza killed several people during his time as a mercenary. Yet somehow he was redeemed. Zabuza was an evil person, and he should never have been given a proper send off.

Madara Uchiha
-
Affiliation: Hidden Leaf, Akatsuki
Madara Uchiha led the Uchiha clan during the Warring States. After fighting for years and losing members of his family, Madara was tired, so he decided to stop the wars. He allied himself with the Senju clan and created the village of Hidden Leaf.
However, the darkness in his heart was harnessed by Black Zetsu, and it sent him down a rather destructive path. Madara manipulated Obito and resulted in the death of several people. In his mind, Madara was working for peace, but the truth was that he was selfish and self-centered.

Naruto: 7 Best Uchiha Characters, Ranked
The Uchiha clan is one of the most famous and feared groups in all of Naruto, and these members are easily among the best of the bunch.
2
Kabuto Yakushi
-
Affiliation: Hidden Leaf, Hidden Sound
Kabuto Yakushi was fascinated by Orochimaru's ideology, which is why he decided to follow in his footsteps. Kabuto was also impressed by Orochimaru's dedication to his goal, which is why he did everything in his power to help the legendary Sannin. Kabuto was involved in murder, kidnapping and many immoral experiments. While committing all the heinous crimes, he never thought about the consequences.
After Orochimaru's “death”, Kabuto mastered the Impure World Reincarnation and helped Obito start the Fourth Great Ninja War. The Immortal Summoning caused a lot of chaos during the war, and they also killed many ninjas. Instead of being punished for his actions, Kabuto was allowed to run an orphanage.
1
Nagato Uzumaki
-
Affiliation: Hidden Rain, Akatsuki
Make no mistake, Nagato Uzumaki is one of the most well-written characters in Naruto, but that doesn't mean he was worth giving birth to. For years, Nagato led the Akatsuki and had them hunt down the jinchuriki. When the group found a jinchuriki, they would subdue it and then extract the tailed beast. Fans will know that a jinchuriki died when their tailed beast was extracted, so almost every person captured by the Akatsuki was killed.
In addition to the extraction of tailed beasts, Nagato oversaw other missions, leading to the deaths of countless other people. He even killed Jiraiya and later destroyed more than half of the hidden blade. Although he revived the countless souls killed by his attack, his other actions cannot be overlooked.
