In the world of Hunter x HunterNen can be categorized into six types. The most common type of the bunch is known as Enhancement. It allows one to use their Nen Aura to enhance their strength or increase their defense. Phink's Magcub

Affiliation: Phantom Troupe
Phinks is number 5 in the Phantom Troupe. When it comes to physical strength, he is one of the strongest around, and that strength can even be multiplied by his Enhancement ability, Ripper Cyclotron. This nen ability allows him to increase his strength by rotating his arm clockwise. In theory, he could increase his strength infinitely if he had time.
Still, even with little startup time, he can dish out a lot of damage. He's definitely among the strongest Enhancers seen in the series, but he might be a little short of the other Enhancers among the Spiders.
The dogma

Affiliation: The Heil-Ly family
The dogma is a character that many anime viewers would not recognize. That's because he makes his first entrance during the Succession Contest arc of the Hunter x Hunter series. Dogman is Morena Prudo's right-hand man, one of the main antagonists in this arc.
Like all the other people under Morena, he has been affected by Contagion. Contagion allows him to level up and unlock new abilities and grow in strength. Dogman is actually the highest level character at the moment, at level 62. This shows how overwhelmed he is, as these levels are not easy to achieve. His nen ability allows him to use scent and gather important information about other nen users. Of course, he may have other, more offensive Nen abilities, but that remains to be seen as the Succession Contest continues.

Nobunaga Hazama

Affiliation: Phantom Troupe
The Phantom Troupe is filled with enhancement users. After all, Enhancement is the most common type to fall into. That being said, it's not easy to pinpoint who the strongest of the bunch would be out of all the Enhancers, but Nobunaga may have the best shot at the title in the future.
For now, Nobunaga is definitely one of the best fighters among the spiders. He is a swordsman and has displayed interesting abilities such as his Iaidō field. He has yet to fully go, and his Nen abilities remain a mystery, unlike some of the other Enhancers among the Phantom Squad. In that sense, it's clear that Togashi retains his power for a bigger event. Nobunaga has been notably involved in the current Succession Contest arc, and he may have a major battle very soon.
Uvogin

Affiliation: Phantom Troupe
Uvogin is an iconic member of the Spiders. He was the first Phantom Troupe member Kurapika took on and actually managed to kill. He was also the first member of the Phantom Troupe to truly go all out in a battle. Uvogin's fight against Kurapika was sensational and showcased his overwhelming strength and enhancement abilities.
His Big Bang Impact ability stood out as overwhelmed, but he was at a huge disadvantage in this fight. As many Hunter x Hunter readers know, Kurapika has a huge advantage over the Phantom Squad due to the rules and restrictions he has placed on some of his nen abilities. While Uvogin was defeated by Kurapika, he is still one of the strongest Enhancers around. According to Togashi himself, Uvogin falls into the category of geniuses among Enhancers.

Maha Zoldyck

Affiliation: The Zoldyck family
The Zoldyck family consists of several monstrously strong individuals. While some of them are much better explored, like Killua, others remain a mystery. But even without showing them at their full strength, fans have an idea of how strong some of these members are. Maha Zoldyck is Killua's great-great-great-grandfather, and he is an Enhancer. Even without seeing Maha go all out, fans already know how overwhelmed this individual is.
First, Maha Zoldyck is a fighter who could have been considered on the same level as Isaac Netero. In the past, Maha even fought Netero, although the results of what happened in this battle have yet to be explored. That alone is a great strength.
Isaac Netero

Affiliation: The Hunters' Association
Isaac Netero is one of the most talented nen users, and among Enhancement users, he is almost second to none. For several years, Netero held the position of chairman of the Hunters' Association. His strength was incredible, and he showed off his power in the Chimera Ant Arc.
During the Chimera Ant arc, he faced the main antagonist of the arc, Meruem. His power was incredible, and his main ability 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva remains the greatest display of nen to date in Hunter x Hunter. Through his years of training, Netero reached the height of Nen mastery, so much so that he is one of only two Nen masters in the Enhancement category.
Adult Gon
When it comes to overpowered Enhancers, there are only a few characters that could compete with Isaac Netero, and one of them is Adult Gon. With his base power, Gon is already quite strong, but he definitely wouldn't be among the very strongest in the Enhancer category.
That being said, when he sacrificed his nen and his life to take down Neferpitou, he unlocked his adult form, allowing him to kill the strongest royal guard. When Pitou saw Adult Gon, Pitou was even worried about the king, more than when she saw and met Netero. This shows that Adult Gon is at the top of the Enhancement category. Adult Gon is also the only other Enhancer besides Isaac Netero who is considered a Nen master.
