One Punch Man's beloved protagonist, Saitama, is one of the most overpowered characters in all of anime. He possesses enormous abilities whose limits are still unknown; however, he is so strong that he can basically destroy planets with his powerful punches. Saitama can end most fights in just a single punchand he has reached a level where his sneeze can essentially destroy huge chunks of planets.
As strong as Naruto is, there is absolutely no way he will even come close to Saitama in terms of overall power. A battle between these two would end relatively quickly, with Naruto Uzumaki being the loser.
Goku
Hardly any character in anime stands above Goku in terms of strength. In it Dragon Ball series, Goku continues his adventures and looks for more challenges to further improve himself as a martial artist. Over the years, he has acquired several powerful transformations, and that is unlikely to change in the years to come.
Goku's forms are so strong that he can essentially destroy the universe with ease, and this is a level of power that Naruto can't even hope to match. Sailor Moon
Sailor Moon is quite an underrated character when it comes to strength. Not many people associate immense strength with her, but she is easily one of the strongest characters in anime, surpassing even the likes of Goku. Her powers are immaculate and in many ways beyond Naruto's reach.
Although Naruto has strong abilities such as Six Paths Sage Mode and, later down the line, also abilities such as Baryon Mode, these powers mean nothing to Sailor Moon as her own abilities are on a much larger scale, making her one of the most powerful in the world.
Kaguya Otsutsuki
Naruto Uzumaki is extremely powerful, but he is certainly not the strongest in his own universe. In the original series, he never managed to reach the level of Kaguya Otsutsuki, the series' final villain. To defeat Kaguya, Naruto had to team up with Sasuke, Kakashi, and Sakura, and even then, the best he could do was to seal her away with the powers of the Sage of Six Paths.
In terms of head-to-head power levels, Naruto Uzumaki was easily far inferior to Kaguya, although he was able to overwhelm her on some occasions. Kaguya had much greater chakra as well as a much better arsenal of abilities at her disposal to deal with the threat of Naruto Uzumaki, and that's what makes her truly special.

Giorno Giovanna is quite an intriguing character from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 5: Auro Vento. His powers are absolutely immaculate. While his own stance, called Gold Experience, is incredibly powerful, it becomes even more overpowered once he gains Requiem form.
It gains the power to basically reset everything, meaning he can even cause enemies to lose the willpower to fight him, among other things. No power can stand against Giorno's Requiem Standand that's what makes him one of the most overpowered characters in all of anime that can destroy Naruto in battle.
Vegeta
While Goku is an iconic anime character strong enough to defeat Naruto Uzumaki, so is Vegeta from Dragon Ball. Vegeta is almost neck and neck with Goku all the time and in many ways more dangerous than him because while Goku is forgiving, Vegeta really has no mercy.

Boruto Uzumaki
In it Boruto series, which is a sequel to Naruto, there are quite a few exciting characters who can defeat the Seventh Hokage, and Boruto Uzumaki is certainly one of them. After the time jump in Two Blue Vertex, Boruto Uzumaki has grown significantly in terms of power to the point where he can basically defeat the likes of Code on his own.
This means that Boruto has surpassed the power level of Six Paths Sage Mode Naruto, and what's more, he continues to grow further in terms of strength. Boruto is already one of the strongest characters in the Naruto series, and he has left his own father in the dust. At the same time, it must be remembered that Naruto has become even weaker, putting Boruto beyond his reach at this point. A battle between the two wouldn't even be fair at the moment.
