It's easy to mistake Present Mic for anything other than a radio announcer due to his high-pitched voice and eccentric personality. While he is responsible for teaching English, indicating that he is bilingual, he also uses his Quirk, Voice, to protect the students to the best of his ability.
Just like a sonic scream, Present Mic's voice quirk can unleash destructive sound waves strong enough to shatter glass, immobilize multiple targets, and even explode the eardrums of anyone within range. Facing a skilled marksman on the battlefield is always dangerous, and Snipe exemplifies why. He is known for his exceptional aim and is widely regarded as one of the greatest sharpshooters in the world. My Hero Academia, psecond only to Lady Nagant in shooting.
Snipe is at his most dangerous when fighting from a distance, where his incredible accuracy allows him to neutralize threats with ease. The bullets he fires can even track their target after being shot, making them incredibly difficult to dodge. Independently, Vlad King is one of the most powerful teachers at UA High School, strong enough to protect his students while dealing with Dabi. In urban environments, Cementoss can easily take control of the battlefield thanks to his quirk, Cement, which literally gives him the ability to manipulate existing cement and concrete to his will. From reshaping walls and columns to full size buildings, anything that has cement or concrete can be used by Cementoss at will.

When it comes to missions that require search and rescue, Thirteen is the exceptional UA teacher to depend on the most. With her Black Hole quirk, Thirteen can instantly unleash a black hole-like vacuum from both of her hands, generating a powerful suction that pulls in targets and reduces almost anything caught in it to nothing but dust.
Not even light can escape Thirteen's Black Hole, making it one of the most dangerous Quirks in the series if ever abused or unleashed without restraint. Her quirk is one of the most convenient abilities in search and rescue missions and can also be life-threatening when needed.

At first glance, Ectoplasm looks like a dangerous villain with malevolent intentions. But beyond his deceptive exterior lies a skilled teacher who teaches math while possessing a powerful quirk that is essential for engaging multiple enemies or even patrolling large areas at once.
Ectoplasm's Quirk allows him to create multiple copies of himself, with a confirmed record of producing up to 36 clones simultaneously. Most impressively, Ectoplasm can create a massive clone composed entirely of ectoplasm, allowing him to restrain, trap, and overpower opponents of great size and strength.

Initially, Eraserhead were reluctant to teach at UA High School, believing that taking on the role of instructor was an impractical and irrational decision. Even when Headmaster Nezu accepted his application, which Midnight sent on his behalf, Eraserhead wasn't entirely convinced to pursue a teaching career.
Regardless, Eraserhead became one of the most trusted mentors at UA High School, taking on the role of Class 1-A's homeroom teacher. Known for both his ability to thwart Quirks and his sharp intellect, Eraserhead taught his students the importance of adaptability, strategy, and staying calm under pressure, preparing them for the harsh realities of hero work.

All Might was once the strongest teacher at UA High
One of the reasons All Might accepted a teaching job at UA High School was to find a worthy successor to the One For All Quirk. He truly believed that someone from UA would be an ideal choice, with Lemillion being the number one candidate, not until Izuku Midoriya entered the picture as the perfect fit for the role.
By the time All Might became a teacher, he was far from his prime anymore due to the career injuries he sustained against All For One years ago. Even so, All Might remained the symbol of peace and heroism for a time, continuing to inspire heroes and civilians alike with OFA quirks.
Despite the severe injuries that weakened him, All Might was still powerful enough to withstand a Nomu and even All For One, showing that even a fraction of his former strength was enough to overwhelm even the most formidable opponents.

Izuku Midoriya is the perfect UA teacher for future heroes
Izuku Midoriya is best remembered for defeating Shigaraki Tomura in the final season of My Hero Academia. As fans know, he went from Quirkless to inheriting the One For All quirk from his ultimate idol, and later gained access to all the quirks of the previous holders. However, Izuku was stripped of his OFA trait in the final showdown with Shigaraki.
Years later, Izuku accepted the role of teaching students at UA High School, molding future heroes to uphold the value of heroism to the best of his ability.
