Why Rock Lee deserved a greater role in the story

In the original Naruto Anime, the silly and grainy rock Lee ended up being a fan favorite character. Early in the series he was the first character to really put Sasuke in his place, and his fight against Gaara is still one of the most hype moments in the show. Viewers identified with his hard-working mentality and rooted for him despite his self-advanced lack of ninja talent. His character was set up to be an important player when the show was raised to greater and greater threats.

But like Naruto continued to part twoThe Rock Lee didn't have the same kind of impact on the story as he did before. Instead, Rock Lee took a back seat to many other characters, including Might Guy, the similar look and dressed older mentor. It seems unfair that the promise of Rock Lee's character was never realized and his character felt like a missed opportunity in the story.

Rock Lee's rivalry with Neji in parallel with the friction that existed between Naruto and Sasuke. Lee was born without many of the talents who make a successful Shinobi but he worked hard to try to overcome his faults with pure willpower and never give up. Lee was put in the same geninic squad with mild fist -Gene Nice Hyuga and the two collided immediately.

Neji would constantly defeat Lee as they spent and reduced Lee because he tried so hard even though he had no talent to back it up. Lee would take his defeat personally and use it as motivation to continue training and improving, but sometimes would be brave and question where his efforts were worth it. The story had created these characters to resolve its conflicts as the story continued and paid on rivalry in some way when these geninally advanced in age and Ninja -Rang.

When Rock Lee's roll in the story was replaced by Might Guy, Naruto Lost an important feature of the series. In the beginning, some characters were only normal people who tried to survive in this world of ninjas, without special forces or bloodline techniques. Part of the charm at the beginning of Naruto Looked at these types of characters fighting and overcoming powerful opponents despite humble origins.

Rock Lee exemplified this character archaty type and was a ninja who could not use the cool ninjutsu or genutsu forces. Perhaps Lee could have fine-tuned lotus and 8 GATES techniques to eliminate many of their disadvantages and overcome the limitations of the forbidden Ninja technology with their great hard work.

In the end, Lee could have been a character who, if it had screen time, would have been the best representative of the Taijutsu style of Ninja Power Trinity. Instead, characters were pressed without unique forces, such as Lee, into the background of history, which is a pity for the powerful themes that were prominent earlier in Naruto.
