Before Valheim reaches its full edition, the developers at Iron Gate Studio still have some areas to improve existing features and add new ones.
Although not one of its original six main bioma, the deep north biome in Valheim Has been around since the earliest days of the game. But while each area in Valheim are procedurally generated, players usually think that Deep North is quite barren and empty, which urges an update that has already passed for several months in creation and according to some sources it is likely that they will arrive at the end of 2025 at the earliest. To keep fans interested until the update is released, Iron Gate AB has launched a narrative trailer series with its own original star: Deep North Explorer Hervor BloodTooth. Shared through the game's development blog about Steam, only part of the series has been released so far, and fans have not learned much about Blootooth yet. From her story she sees Deep North as the last step on her way to Valhalla.
