To attract more customers, Mjöllmile wants to introduce a bounty reward that allows challengers to claim certain monetary rewards. Furthermore, he wants to work together with the adventurer's guild so that the adventurers can use the identity cards issued by the guild to register in the dungeon and use the guild's hundreds of branches to advertise the dungeon.

Mariabel and the Rozzo family, explained

Unbeknownst to Rimuru and the people gathered at the meeting, the true people behind everything strange that happened recently—from the mysterious Eastern merchant to Duke Muese's little plan—are the Rozzo family. Not many things are known about this elusive family except the rumors that they are actually the ones who control the council of the Westland behind the scenes.

The head of the family, Granbell Rosso, was a former high-ranking member of the Church of Luminary. His granddaughter, Mariabel Rozzo, is an otherworlder who possesses incredible intelligence. From what we've seen so far, it seems that Mariabel is actually the decision maker in this family.
