The best toured JRPGs for genre newcomers
Some get upset when they see a game use -based battle. If you want to learn why the genre can be good, these are the best toured JRPGs to try.
This collection is a remaster of the complete PS1 versions published by Working Designs, with new voting work, upset graphics, remastered sounds and improvements in quality of life. While the series has seen several attempts to restart it with remakes, remasters and prequels, it is worth considering how these efforts measure up to Lunar Remastered Collection.

Lunar: Dragon Song
A fun but incorrect prequel
Among remaks and remasters, Lunar: Dragon Song stands out as a fully developed prequel set 1,000 years before *Lunar: Silver Star Story*. It maintains the classic game's lighter innocence with a pleasant and enthusiastic role of characters. Despite the capacity of Nintendo DS, Lunar: Dragon Song Missing any of the iconic voice work that the series is known for.
While the stories in the series are usually fun in a charming, drawn manner, the story in Dragon song is undoubtedly the weakest. However, it is far from terrible, when players follow the protagonist, Jian, on his quest to become a Dragonmaster and save humanity from a powerful tribe of the Beastm.

Moon legend
A scaled -down remake by Silver Star Story
Moon legend is a scaled -down remake of Lunar: Silver Star Story for Game Boy Advance. Game Boy Advance contained some exceptional JRPG, for example Golden Sun: The Lost Agewhich showed the feature for Nintendo's handheld device. Another title that deserved more recognition was Moon legendswith their lively sprites and beautifully designed the world. It lacks the controversial (because of its pop culture references) but outstanding quality of work design location, but it gets the job. However, all voting work and fantastic anime screen scenes have been removed due to the limitations in the GBA cartridges.

Lunar: The silver star
The classic JRPG -Original for Sega CD
The original Lunar: The silver star is a classic that was launched on Sega CD, surprising fans with its use of screen scenes and high quality music, which was a news during the 16-bit console. To do that stands out even compared to classics such as Chrono Trigger.

8 JRPG that has complicated but fantastic combat systems
These JRPG titles have complex combat systems; But when players have figured out how to use them completely, they add the gaming experience.
Although it is still a good game, it is surprising how much better remake, Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete, is With his battle, visuals and stimulation. It's good to see where the series started, and it still holds good enough because its history and characters are better than Moon legend and Lunar: Dragon Story.

Lunar: Eternal Blue is a sequel 1,000 years after Lunar: The silver star. Although there are subtle visual improvements, the overall game and presentation improve. While the voice acts and sound was impressive for their time, they can come across as a little over-the-top and inconsistent compared to modern games.
The introduction of expressed sequences and captivating anime cuts was a news in the early 1990s, but it is more than just a gimmick; It brings the characters to life and adds even more charm to this already entertaining and classic JRPG.

Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete
Reworked voting work and translation
Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete is a huge improvement compared to the original. Although it stays at 2D 16-bit style images, it has lighter and more lively colors, detailed cities, dungeons and monster design. It was the right choice because they were better aged in 2D than if they were changed to 3D. The protagonist, Alex, is no longer silent, and there are changes in Luna's story that help to wipe out her character.
She chooses to join Alex and Ramus instead of staying behind as she does in the original version. The voice acts, animated cutting scenes and the soundtrack remains among the best in the genre. Where many modern games try to be dark, moody and depressing, Lunar Silver Star Story Still feels like a healthy breath with its much needed optimism and innocence is similar to a cartoon show on Saturday morning.

Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete
Superior PS1 remake
The original Lunar 2: Eternal Blue have significant improvements that were later applied to Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete. In addition, Silver Star Story Complete presented major changes to the story for better character development and interaction. Unfortunately, Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete Does not include as many improvements and changes as it gets far closer to the original material.

8 Best PS2 -Action JRPG, ranked
From Kingdom Hearts 2 to stories about the abyss, there is no shortage of exciting and high-octane action in these JRPGs from the Playstation 2 console.
Despite the lack of new elements in the story, it is a nod to the quality of the original version. Thanks to the hard work on the location of work design, Eternal blue On PS1, better voting work compared to the original tough CD version, and gaming art and Japan Art Media created an excellent remake with Silver star story With more detailed sprites, new animated cuts, improved voice games and a cleaner soundtrack.

The latest remasants include both originals Mon. Games, but it's a shame that this full remake, Lunar: Silver Star Harmony, have not left PSP's boundaries and made a part of Lunar remastered Collection. It is the most visually impressive title in the series and is easily ranked among the best JRPGs at PSP. The game adds some backstory to the heroes, Dragonmaster Dyne, Ghaleon, Pirate King, Mel and the leader of Magic Guild, Lemia, when they protected goddess Althena and prevented Eiphel from destroying the world.
The cities and dungeons are beautifully redesigned, but still directly acquainted for long -term fans of the series (although some village houses are smaller) and retain the same magic in the originals. In addition to the visual, the music has been redone, but with familiar tracks that sound better than ever. Lunar Silver Star Harmony Also includes Auto Battle Formation and Tactics, which is part of the remashed collection.

Lunar Remastered Collection
The definitive way to play the lunar series
The Lunar Remastered Collection Includes improved versions of Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete and Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete On PS1. It has a new voice game, a remashed audio track, improved warehouse management, sharper images, upscalated anime sequences, auto-battle tactics from Lunar Silver Star Harmony and the ability to accelerate auto struggles to three times their normal speed.
Unfortunately, Lunar Silver Star Harmony not included, but JRPG fans can finally access Eternal blue Without having to pay unreasonable prices for the PS1 version on auction sites. This collection offers the best way to experience the Lunar series, and hopefully they will remaste Harmony and eventually come to work with a third game in Mon. series.
