Space Marine Master Crafted Edition Devs gives players refund and a big discount

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine's latest master designed edition Remaster has received so much backlash over their pricing that the developers offer all full repayments and a large discount.

Last month, Games Workshop hosted its annual Warhammer Showcase to share information about lots of gaming projects located in Warhammer Universe. There were many surprises during the exhibition, including the announcement of a remaster for the original Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine from 2011.

As pointed out by Wario64 on Twitter, an update was shared to the Master Crafted Edition version of Space Marines Steam page. The statement begins with the team announcing that it is “heard your worries about pricing” and that it has a few steps in mind to deal with them.

The first step is to offer full refund to anyone who has already bought the Master Crafted Edition of Space Marine, no matter how long they played the game for. Those who want a refund must request it before Thursday, July 10, so you have about two weeks to get your money back.

If you liked Remaster but simply did not want to pay that much for it, you will be happy to know that a big discount now affects everyone who owns the anniversary edition of Space Marine. If you buy Master Crafted Edition before July 10, you get a huge 50 percent discount, which is much more reasonable.

That being said, that means the game will still be as expensive for anyone as Don't have Got the anniversary edition. It is also a timed offer, which feels a bit like a band help over a bullet hole.
