At first glance, Arc appears to be a holy knight due to his armor and weapons, but without his helmet he is revealed to be an undead skeleton. Arc isn't exactly undead though, not only because he doesn't have the evil and evil aura of a spirit animal that Ponta mostly avoids, but also because he can still eat, sleep, and live much like a normal human.
In reality, Arc only seems to be an undead because he chose a skeleton avatar in the game. For now, Arc is stuck in this form, with a fictional backstory gradually coming to fruition. He made up a story about a curse that prevented his body from returning to normal, and now he's truly embarked on a quest to find a cure and regain his true form.
While Arc's Anticurse ability can temporarily restore the flesh to his bones, he needs to find a much more permanent solution. To that end, Arc is more than determined to find a cure for his lifelong curse in the second season of Skeleton Knight in Another World.
The Prince Sect remains a major threat in Season 2, Episode 1
Arc and his friends must once again protect non-human races
Prince Sekt is the current heir to the Rhoden throne after orchestrating the death of Prince Dakare. He also sent assassins after Princess Yuriarna, but the attempt failed due to Arc's intervention. He may look like a mild-mannered crown prince on the surface, but beneath this facade lies a cruel human with no regard for the lives of non-human species, as well as his own kind.
As such, Prince Sekt stands as one of the main villains in Skeleton Knight in Another World Season 2, which Arc, Ariane, and Chiyome must stop before an all-out war breaks out between humans and non-humans. With Princess Yuriarna also eyeing the throne, the struggle for power within the kingdom becomes even more intense, further complicating the already fragile political situation. On top of all this stands the great and holy Revlon Empire as another threatening power in the escalating conflict.
