Trevenant is an interesting Pokemon because it is both scary and kind. As a sort of guardian of the forest, it takes care of the trees and can potentially capture or even devour those who wish to harm anything within its range. But it is also known to be kind to other creatures and Pokémon that live in or on it.

Japanese VA for Ash Ketchum denies claim of bad relationship with Pikachu's VA
After the GAME FREAK leak, sources claimed that the relationship between the two voice actresses was the reason Ash's story was cleared.
It seems Pokémon Fans Quickcorolla really like Trevenant, as they have built a sculpture of the Pokemon that is just under 5 feet tall. The sculpt does a wonderful job of recreating Trevenant's design, giving the wooden part of the body a rough and gnarled texture and with ominous glowing red eyes to really drive the look home. Quickcorolla says it took them somewhere around 30 hours spread over several months to complete the sculpture. As you might expect, fans have been very receptive to the creation, commenting on the incredible construction and attention to detail.
The process of bringing Trevenant to life
While the artist doesn't have a video to share about the construction of the project, their previous post details some of the steps they took along the way. Their first demonstrates the start of the sculpture long before it began to look like Trevenant, showing a stack of foam boards that were cut and shaped into the core. PVC pipe was used in the middle to support it, and more PVC pipe was used to build the base of the legs. In addition to doing a great job of representing Pokémon, it was built with a lot of thought, as Quickcorolla designed it to be broken down and reassembled for travel purposes.
Although this Trevenant would make a great centerpiece for one PokémonHalloween themed celebration, it is actually meant to be used as a year-round creation that the artist intends to keep in his office. While it would be a bit of a surprise to find a menacing Trevenant in someone's home, the time and effort put into the piece definitely makes it worth highlighting year-round and not stashed away in storage every time spooky season ends.
