In the first game, Henry had a pretty tough time and saw his parents killed, and his hometown was burning only in the prologue. He also experienced lots of battles and at least killed around. Add this trauma to the follow -up opening, with his Capon's company that dies, and Henry is shot in the back.

With all this, it would be quite likely that Henry turns to strong drinking and drowns his grief. A Playthrough where Henry is almost always full, often passes out and potentially angry as well, can introduce new challenges and lead to some funny moments. There is even a drinking ability and associated benefits to accompany this play style. Maybe drunk Henry could specialize in hand-to-hand battle and constantly get into fist.
