Ubisoft has confirmed that the final update for Assassin's Creed Shadows will be released on June 16, 2026, marking over a year of post-launch support for the game. The update will provide Assassin's Creed Shadows up to patch 1.1.11, barely a month before the next game in the series is released: Black flag resynced.

Ubisoft revealed at X that the upcoming June 16 1.1.11 update will be the final patch for Assassin's Creed Shadowsmarking the end of the game's post-launch support. Despite the confirmation that this support is ending, Ubisoft did not reveal exactly what will be added or fixed in the upcoming update. It is unclear if 1.1.11 will be a major patch, or if it will only include small fixes for the game. The latest update for Assassin's Creed Shadows was patch 1.11.10, which added PSSR 2 support as well as mouse and keyboard support on the Nintendo Switch 2.
