Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has been one of the year's surprises. While the side quests can be a bit bloated and the Steam Deck version can have many issues, Machine Games has managed to capture the magic of Indy thanks to its unique puzzles and a great performance by Troy Baker.

Indiana Jones is to Xbox what Ghost Of Tsushima is to PlayStation
That Indiana Jones is an old-fashioned game is perfectly fine (and what we need).
When the game is doing this well, you have to ask the question – will we get more Indy video games? While there's no official word, trusted sources say there are already other games featuring the adventurer in development.
Indiana Jones and the other games in development
According to a tweet by Daniel Richtman, a film industry insider, “Looks like we're getting more Indy games.” However, there is no word on which studio is making these games, console or otherwise. This news was further confirmed by Jez Corden of Windows Central, who responded to the tweet with a “It's true” gif.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle caused a bit of a stir when it was revealed that the game would be in a first-person perspective. While we have no idea what formula these reported new games will follow, I'm personally hoping for an Indiana Jones metroidvania platformer. Imagine that Indy ends up in an ancient tomb and has to find items and relics to get through it.
We probably won't be hearing about these Indiana Jones games anytime soon. They are most likely in very early stages of development, and these developers may also want to give players some breathing room after The Great Circle.
Troy Baker's performance as Indy was one of the biggest reasons for the game's success. However, it seems that Todd Howard was initially not too convinced with the voice actor, since he appears in so many video games. But it seems Baker convinced him otherwise, especially after creative director Axel Torvenius couldn't tell his performance from Harrison Ford's audition voice.
Baker revealed that he initially thought he was going to be replaced, until Howard reassured him via email, saying, “You're doing a heck of a job.”
Uncover one of history's greatest mysteries in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle™, a first-person single-player adventure set between the events of Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade. The year is 1937, sinister forces scour the world for the secret of an ancient power known as the Great Circle, and only one person can stop them – Indiana Jones. You will become the legendary archaeologist in this cinematic action-adventure game from MachineGames, the award-winning studio behind the latest Wolfenstein series, and executive produced by Hall of Fame game designer Todd Howard.
