Reconstructing Pailune is a quest in Crimson Desert that is part of the Hope from Ashes quest in Grounds of Sunrise 'Greymanes' faction quest log. Players will unlock this quest after freeing Pailune by defeating Ludwig towards the end of Chapter 7: Homecoming. The mission will essentially require Kliff to acquire and donate various resources that will be used to reconstruct Pailune to restore it to its former glory.
