There are a few tricks to making a Pokemon exactly how you want it to be Cobblemon. If you want to improve a Pokemon's friendship level or reduce their Attack Effort Values (EVs), then you need a Kelpsy Berry. However, Kelpsy Berry is not a naturally occurring berry. Here's what you can do to create them and how you can make them grow!

How to get Mulch in Cobblemon
Here's how to make all types of Mulches in Cobblemon and the best berries to use them on.
How to get a Kelpsy Berry in Cobblemon
Kelpsy Berry is not naturally occurring, and you can make one by planting a Cornn Berry next to a Rindo Berry. However, to start you need a Cornn Berrywhich is also not naturally occurring. We'll explain how to get the berry farm up and running below, but make sure you have a Hoe and suitable farmland (dirt and water).
Leave some open blocks in the ground near your yard to water via a bucket, and your plants will always be watered.
Plant a Wiki Berry and a Bluk Berry next to each other. When grown, this will produce a Cornberry that you can harvest. Remember that bonemeal will help grow these items faster! Cornn Berry will eventually drop with a 12.5% chance of mutation.
Bluk Berry is a natural berry, but Wiki Berry is not. You must plant a Persim Berry and a Chesto Berry next to each other to get the Wiki Berry for the Cornn Berry.
Now that you have grown your Cornn Berry mutation, you can plant it in the ground to make its own crops. In the same way that Wiki Berry and Bluk Berry do Cornn Berry, placing a Cornn Berry next to a Rindo Berry will give you Kelsey Berry.

How to use a Kelpsy Berry in Cobblemon
When you finally have a Kelpsy Berry it might be fed to your Pokemon to lower Attack EV by 10 points and increase Friendship by 10 points:
-
By reducing a really high attack EV, you can make a more well-rounded Pokemon.
-
Having a higher friendship level gives you better combat performance, and for some it may be necessary for them to progress.
To feed your Pokémon the berry, take them out of the ball via R key and right-click on them with the berry in hand. If they're already full, they won't be able to eat the berry, and you'll have to wait for their satiety meter to decrease. This can be seen in the statistics menu.
