Magic plants from Luna have a higher maintenance and requirement list than the regular plants and crops in Moonlight Peaks. One such plant is Gobbler, which is great for producing Mana, but it will also require special carefeed and attention. Below we will share with you the tips we have for growing this plant so that you can get something special for your efforts.
How to take care of your gobbler in Moonlight Peaks
There are some very specific steps you must follow to grow a Gobbler and produce fruit:
Magic watering
With Gobbler seeds planted, the first thing you need to do is water them. But magical plants that Gobbler requires Aquaflux I or Aquaflux II spells. This gives a magical watering can that automatically waters Mana plants first and then starts watering other plants. It waters up to 16 at a time and takes one Mana to cast the spell.
Feed your gobbler
After a few days you will start to see a yellow bubble above Gobbler with the option to Feed Gobbler seeds. The language on this is a bit misleading. The gobbler doesn't need you to give it seeds from Luna's booth, but it does need to be fed. You have to give it Fish or Critters.
Gobblers only take six days to grow and need one animal or fish per day.
With one of these items in your inventory, go to your Gobbler and select the feed option to pull up your inventory and feed the plant.

Best use for a gobbler in Moonlight Peaks
During the magic portion of the main story, you'll come to a point where you can make one Mana table. This station allows you to draw Mana Essence from the magical plants. Gobbler is one of the best plants you can have for this because it gives you 400% Mana Essence, meaning you get 4 full bottles of Mana Essence to work with.
Mana Essence is great for making Premium Fodder and Mana recipes (which you can get from Coffee & Coffins). You can also use the Gobbler plant itself for some recipes that give you large amounts of energy, but they don't give you any Mana.
