This is arguably one of the easiest Fusion requests to complete Titania learns Magarula at level 50just one level higher than what she's fused at. That said, there are many ways to fuse this Persona and some that don't require you to level her up in Abyss Of Time before returning for the reward. The best fusion method is:

• Lachesis (Fortune) + Rangda (Sorcerer)

Titania's Affinities and Request 22 Rewards
