With so many rifts criss-crossing Hyrule, it's up to Zelda and Tri to meet with the affected people and come up with solutions to the problem in The Legend Of Zelda: Echoes Of Wisdom. Near Eldin Volcano, you'll find the Goron people working away at the quarry. However, they are greatly affected by the cracks.
With a young and inexperienced Goron chief in charge, you must work together to seek wisdom from the elders and restore the rifts. Here's everything you need to know to help Zelda and Tri save Hyrule one crack at a time!
Where to find Elder Silver
From the waypoint outside the Rock-Roast Quarry, or the restored Goron City rift, head east. Use your echoes to climb up along the cliffsavoid enemies that drop bombs around you. When you go north, get over the lava.
Use the lava rock ember to ride the lava flow higher up. Around the rocks south until you see a waypoint below.
Jump down and
interact with it
for easy travel later.
From here, go northeast into Lizalfo's Burrow. Inside you will find Elder Silver curled up. He mentions new and shady Lizalfos in the den, but he could not defeat them.
Head further into the dungeon and use your echoes and swordfighter form to defeat the regular Lizalfos enemies in the subsequent rooms. In the first room there is two level one Lizalfos enemies. They are easy enough to defeat with swordfighter form, but don't let your guard down.
There is
a treasure chest
here which contains five rock tattoes!
The other room will lock you in and face you two level two Lizalfos enemies. These are a bit tougher, but still manageable. Use your Darknut Echo to keep one busy while you finish the other.
In the third room you will meet a Fire Keese and level two Lizalfos in a narrow corridor. Watch out for the fiery spots on the floor and use your bow to take down Keese.
How to defeat The Dark Lizalfos
Inside the next chamber you will finally confront the dark Lizalfos as Elder Silv mentioned. There are a total of five to begin with, though Darston takes out two of them himself by making the cave shake.
When Darston's attack eliminates two of the Dark Lizalfos, the last three are up to you. Keep your distance from them as much as possible minimize time spent in close combat.
If you are careful you can
skirt around each Lizalfos
so you only have to fight one at a time.
After the dark Lizalfos is killed, you will return to elder Silv at the entrance. Darston will meet you there and ask for a shortcut to the crater, but Elder Silv has no new information.
This ends the quest and prompts you to do so return to Goron City to talk to both elders Silv and Gol together in the hope of an answer!
