Are you ready to build your dream park?

What do you need to build a pool?
Building pools in Planet Coaster 2 doesn't have to be difficult, but if you're not sure where to start, it might take some trial and error. Building a pool, open the pool tab in the browser.
You can choose a ready-made pool here or you can design one yourself. Regardless, there are a few things you need to make sure your pool is running smoothly and that your guests can access it.
- Water filter. This ensures that the water in the pool is clean.
- Water pump. This keeps the water moving through the filter and keeps it clean.
- Lifeguard posts. The safety of your guests is a priority, and having enough lifeguard protection means that guests in distress can be rescued.
- Guest service facility. Visitors to your park must be able to purchase tickets to water park features.
- Body drying facility. When guests are done swimming, they need a place to dry off completely.
- Dressing room. Guests will need a place to change into their swimwear comfortably.
Without these features, guests are unlikely to use your pool for long, if at all. You can find the filtering system under the tools taband various buildings on the facilities tab.
You can also hire additional lifeguards to cover breaks and shift changes.
Everything else can be can be found in the pool extras section of the pool tab.
You have to connect the water filter and pump to make them operate, and you will need enough power for them to work. You can do this by selecting the custom option in tools and then selecting add water pipes alternative.
Connect them as you would a generator and power distributor, making sure the pool is within easy reach of the unit. From there, the pool will operate on its own until a mechanic is needed for regular maintenance.
Make sure that schedule regular maintenance so that the pool is not closed or abandoned by the guests!
How to build a custom pool
To build a custom pool, select the create custom option in the pool menu. This will bring up pool tools sidebarwhere you can select the page, shape and path of the pool. You can too change the depth of the pool from shallow to wading, swimming or diving.
You can use the Round tool to smooth any edges by setting up the brush with sharp corners and walls.
If you select the color palette icon will appear more customization options for your pool's appearanceincluding the tiles used in the water and the edges along the outside.
On the third tab, between that palette and the bulldozer, you can change the options for a lazy river as long as you have water jets installed in the pool.
How to Build Flume Rides
Flume rides are the most exciting part of the pool process. There is several you can unlock as you progress through the main campaign. Flumes can start anywhere in the park, but they must stop over a pool so that guests can safely enter the water.
The the height from which they fall seems to have no limitas long as they hit the water. Be creative!
There are two main types of gutters available from the start. The first is the body slide which is open on all sides and can only go straight. There are no twists and turns with this attraction, but guests still love it.
The other available image is the body racewhich is similar to the traditional water slide with a closed tube and many curves. This option is more expensive, but you have more creative freedom loops and special drops.
No matter what type of chute you create, you need to do it place an end piece in or above the poolthen test the ride as if you were making a coaster before you can open it.
