What can you give Usahana?

Usahana's favorite gifts include items with Fantasy, Mochi and Rainbow tags. When you first enter City Town, the simplest gifts available are Color column which can be caught in any of the city's parks. These rainbow caterpillars will constantly spawn in both areas, so you can run back and forth between them to replenish.

You will unlock Ushana's gifts of two and three hearts simply by improving your friendship with her. At friendship level 3, you will receive the quest “A Brand New Menu” from Usahana, which gives you Mochi recipe. In the same way you will get Dango recipe during the “Imagination Cafe” quest when your friendship with Usahana reaches level 6. Both of these recipes will create two-heart gifts for Usahana.

While you'll get tons of other recipes that can be gifted to Usahana later in the game, they'll all be single-heart recipes. Since some of their key ingredients can be harder to come by than rice flour, the Mochi and Dango recipes will be your best friends when it comes to getting closer to Usahana.

The recipe for Usahana's 3-Heart Gift, Rainbow Dangowill be unlocked when your friendship with Usahana reaches level 16. To craft this recipe you must find Rainbow Beams.

You will first be introduced to Rainbow Beams in “Rainbow or Bust” mission started by Cinnamoroll. Visiting City Town during this mission will cause it to start raining in the city. While it's raining, players will find Rainbow Beams scattered around City Town.

After completing the mission, it will rain occasionally in City Town. Players will also be able to find some Rainbow Beams scattered around the city every day, even on days when it hasn't rained.

Usahana has two companion abilities: Imaginary chef and Imagine if. The Imaginary chef the ability gives Usahana a chance to make twice as many items from cooking stations as the player. For example, if a player made 4 Sweet Apple Boba Teas, Usahana would make another 8 Sweet Apple Boba Teas if her skill activates.

There are three levels of Usahana's Imaginary Chef skill. The table below lists each level, its chance of success and when it is unlocked.

Having Usahana as a companion while running the Imagination Cafe will also give you extra city coins to complete orders.

Usahanas Imagine if skill allows her to imagine a minigame reward, rare flower, or item once per day. To use the ability, players must talk to Usahana, select the Reimagine ability, and give her an item. This ability is unlocked when a player's friendship with Usahana reaches level 19.

Improving your relationship with Usahana will do much more than just unlock her skills. You'll discover new quests, unlock new avatar color palettes, and get unique recipes and items. The following table lists all the rewards you will receive for reaching all 35 levels of friendship with Usahana.
