The Heart of the Woods is one of three hearts players must collect when entering act 3 in Hollow Knight: Silksong. There is no specific order to collect the hearts, but you need to be prepared because the road is paved with tricky puzzles and tough enemies.
How to get the heart of the forest in silksong
The heart of the forest is obtained after defeating Nyleth inside her shrine Silk song. Although the sanctuary is part of Shellwood, players can access it from the Grand Gate.
Go to Grand Shrine either from the blasted steps Bellway or Choral Chambers station and enter the lower door to the right.
Use silk soar inside this vertical room and continue right. Navigate in the narrow tunnels and pull the lever at the end to open a path.
Slide down and break the obstacle to open a road to the left. Go down again and tore the veins that block the road.
At the end of the road, turn right first into the wonders and pay 15 rosary to open a bench and rest, as there is an upcoming battle. Make sure to equip 
Ascending grip And a decent tool that attacks automatically likes Cogfly, as they will be practical when fighting the Nylet in the shrine.
Head to the left and use 
Silk hovers to reach the hanging block. Destroy the ropes to make the block fall and thus create a way down.
Gently navigate the area while avoiding the nails until you reach a platform. Use the white flowers to get height and go up to land on the top platform.
Release the veins and jump up. Turn left to find Shrine Guardian Seth that blocks the road. You have to defeat him before continuing into the sanctuary.
The weekend guard uses a combination of varied attacks by throwing his shield and then teleport to its place, and an AOE attack where he surrounds his body with yellow particles exploding. Seth has a second phase where he uses the same move but gets much faster.
After defeating the sanctuary, continue to go left and go into the sanctuary. Play the past Elegy near the fountain to meet Nyleth.
For starters, the horn can stand on a platform and fight all incoming attacks while avoiding Aoe.
During the second phase, the platform disappears, and you can only jump on the wall opposite Nyleth, which is why the ascendant's grip is important to stay in place.
When an opportunity arises, approach the boss and reversing the attack gently to deal with some injuries until she is dead.
When the fight is over you will be transported outside and can grab the pollen heart.
