Genshin Impact reveals second half banners for version 6.1

Genshin Impact has officially revealed the full roster of characters coming to Event Banners in the second half of version 6.1, with Arlecchino and Zhongli joining Lan Yan, Rosaria and Yun Jin. The first half of version 6.1 can best be summed up by three major events: the launch of Miliastra Wonderland, the debut of Nefer, and the continuation of Song of the Welkin Moon. According to the public's desire data for Genshin ImpactNefer had twice as many summons compared to Furina, but only half compared to Flins in version 6.0.

Although this speaks to the popularity of male characters in Genshin Impactthere's another factor to consider: Columbina's imminent debut in version 6.3. Unlike previous regions, Nod-Krai will not have a map expansion in version 6.1 and version 6.2 – creating a veritable drought of Primogems. As confirmed by Genshin Impact on social media, version 6.1 will feature Arlecchino, Zhongli, Rosaria, Yun Jin, and Lan Yan in the second half of its event banners, starting on November 11, 2025. Although Mavuika is still the top Pyro character in Genshin ImpactArlecchino's playstyle still makes her a respectable pick that can keep up in the current meta. On the other hand, Zhongli remains a staple for casual players – allowing them to sacrifice some damage in exchange for a solid rotation.

Among the 4-star characters in the upcoming lineup, players will likely appreciate the opportunity to grab some Lan Yan constellations along the way. In some scenarios, a well-built Lan Yan with C2 can even overtake Zhongli as a shield support, but Geo Archon is still considered by far the most comfortable choice. Rosaria and Yun Jin are much more niche in comparison, though not without some synergy in Arlecchino's team i Genshin Impact.

Unless Genshin Impact players need these specific characters to complete a team, it is recommended to save Primogems for either Durin or Columbina. Expected to make his playable debut in the first half of version 6.2, Durin will be an off-field Pyro Support that interacts with other Hexenzirkel characters in Genshin Impact. The second half of version 6.1 banners will last until the release of version 6.2 on December 3, 2025.
