As players continue to enjoy the multitude of new additions to Fortnite during Fortnitemare's Halloween event, new rumors tease more potential pop culture collaborations, with South Park is said to be making its debut in the beloved game “very soon”. Fortnite has already revealed a number of new crossovers for the spooky season, including the likes of Scooby-Doo, Screamand Poppy Playtimeand it appears another major franchise is ready to join the fray.
Since its pilot episode first aired in 1997, South Park has become one of the most popular adult animated television shows, best known for its irreverent humor with topical riffs on Hollywood, politics, and religion, among many other topics. Despite a string of major controversies over the years, the show remains a pillar of online culture, and it should come as no surprise that South Park perhaps partnering with other media juggernauts Fortnite.
Fortnite South Park Collaboration Leak
Popular Fortnite community member SamLeakss has claimed that “a reliable source at Paramount,” the network that owns and broadcasts South Parkteased that the animated series is set to reveal a major crossover with Fortnite “very soon.” Fortnite has previously teamed up with other adult television shows such as Family guyand with the introduction of characters from R-rated films in Fortnite during Fortnitemares 2025, that's why the unfiltered cartoon may have a chance to join the battle royale. The alleged leak did not specify which characters from the show might enter the game, but many are hoping to see the four central boys, Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman, along with cosmetics that make references to the show.
The South Park the rumor comes hot after heals by an alleged The Simpsons Fortnite crossover leak, which teased potential character skins, weapons, and NCPs from the iconic show possibly coming to the game. Fans are now hoping to see both legendary The Simpsons family and fun kids from South Park jump into the fray Fortnite. Still, while the rumors and leaks have come from sources that have proven to be accurate in the past, players should always wait for an official announcement from Epic Games before getting too excited or expecting to see any of these franchises in the hit Battle Royale.
The audience may be familiar with earlier South Park video game appearances, including the well-reviewed RPG, South Park: The Stick of Truth. While recent standalone game releases for the series haven't lived up to expectations, a collaboration with Epic Games could be just what South Park and Fortnite fans have been waiting for.
