How to get points in cosmic carnival monopoly go

The cosmic carnival event requires players to hit Tool and tax plates by their current boards. As a base frequency you earn Four points per landing, but you have the opportunity to raise your multiplier to increase your points revenue. We recommend that you activate a higher multiplier when you are six to eight plates from your target.
