Characters who do almost nothing in anime

Summary

  • Many page characters in my Hero Academia lack development due to focus on the most important personalities.

  • Characters such as Ojiro, Coda and Sato are underutilized and fade in the background.

  • Class 1-B, including Nejire Hado, exemplifies under-utilization and wasted potential.

Although it is important for most anime to introduce different characters to knock out the world, this comes with a major disadvantage. Eventually, as some personalities become more important than others, most of these side characters end in the limelight.

My Hero Academia: 8 Best Pro-Hero characters, ranked

My Hero Academia has lots of exciting and memorable PRO heroes, where these were among the best of gangs.

It is a disadvantage of character -driven stories that fans have come to accept, especially in shows that My hero Academy. The series has introduced so many characters that it was only a matter of time before the vast majority of them would disappear in the background when the story's efforts were ramping up to max.

Mashirao Ojiro

Martial Arts Hero: Tailman

  • Debut: What i can do for now (Section 5 of My hero Academy)

Ojiro is a character with one of the most overwhelming properties in the series, to the point where his inclusion in class 1-A must be called into question. It is hard to believe that a character with some martial arts and an extra tail qualified to be in the best class.

It is easy to see why fights with this character are not exactly interesting and forces him to become a background character in later sections. Given how many interesting properties are in Class 1-A, Ojiro is quite disappointing in this regard.

7

Koji Koda

Petting Hero: Anima

  • Debut: What i can do for now (Section 5 of My hero Academy)

Apart from his unique look nothing about koji stands out in My hero Academy. His weirdness should have allowed him to become a competent hero, but he hardly gets time to shine in the series.

Talking to animals and issuing commands can do for some interesting action sequences, so it's a shame that Koji failed to live up to his potential. Other heroes and students took over the limelight instead and became much more relevant to the story.

6

Rikido Sato

Sweets Hero: Sugarman

  • Debut: What i can do for now (Section 5 of My hero Academy)

Sato needs a dose of sugar to increase its strength and become powerful in battle. This is what makes him such a unique hero who could have participated in his fair part of comical battles, but this was not.

My Hero Academia: 8 largest pieces of foreshadows in the series

Keen Eyed viewers and readers may have taken up these small pieces of foreshadows in history My Hero Academia.

Instead, this sweet student has become another background character that hardly gets any moments to shine in the series. He is another Class 1-A member who takes a rear seat to other, more important future heroes.

5

Mezo Shoji

Tentacle Hero: Tentacole

  • Debut: Start line (Section 4 of My hero Academy)

With several arms and impressive skills nearby, Shoji is certainly more relevant than most other heroes in Class 1-A. However, this does not translate because he hardly gets a chance to shine in the series.

Instead, everything he does is participate in insignificant melee battles where his performance is rarely recognized. Other relevant heroes in the series get more screen time, which leads to Shoji remaining in the dust more often than not.

4

Hanta Sero

Taping Hero: Cellophane

  • Debut: What i can do for now (Section 5 of My hero Academy)

New properties can be good in My hero AcademyWith characters showing how a simple quirk can become quite useful in the right situation. Such is the case with Sero's band ability, which can play a valuable support role and bind enemies in battle.

But he can hardly show how much his property has developed. A few seconds of the screen time are all he gets before other Mha heroes take the limelight instead.

3

Sekijiro can

Blood Hero: Vlad King

Vlad King in my hero Academia

  • Debut: In each of our hearts (Section 13 of My hero Academy)

The Homeroom teacher in Class 1-B should be powerful in his own right, but the lack of quality screen time hurts Vlad King considerably. Blood manipulation is a major seizure on paper and could have been used creatively in a whole variety of situations.

My Hero Academia: 8 villains that made the greatest impact on the story, ranked

My hero Academia's World is full of dangerous villains, but it has been the ones who have had the greatest impact on the main history.

Instead, Vlad King is something of a disappointment and must not show his blood manipulation ability so much. He became a rather forgetful character that personified the Irrelevance in Class 1-B compared to their rivals.

2

Noire hado

Wonder Hero: Noire Chan

  • Debut: A season for meetings (Section 62 by My hero Academy)

Although it is one of the big three at UA Academy, along with Lemillion and Suneater, it is criminal how under -utilized Nejire is. Her property allows her to create powerful spiral shock waves with her endurance.

While these shock waves are slow and leave her drained, it should not take anything away from the potential of this property. Instead, compared to her friends, Noire Chan is sadly underutilized and a perfect example of wasted potential.

1

The entire class 1-b

Equally irrelevant and excludes any exceptions

All Class 1-B students are ready to fight Class 1-A.

  • Debut: Bushing sports festival (Section 15 of My hero Academy)

This may be unfair to some of the Class 1-B members who got their time to shine, but no one denies that most of the students in Class 1-B are almost completely useless, to the point where the show will not be affected if their presence is completely removed.

The only reason they exist is to make Class 1-A look good, with the only relevant member of this class, Hitoshi Shinso, which is shifted to Class 2-A instead. As a result, this rival class becomes even less screen time and is jam -filled with some of the most useless heroes in the series.
