Boruto: Two Blue Vortex's New Arc will push Boruto Uzumaki to take on Hidari and Jura
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex starts a new story arc, following Shinju Mamushi's loss to Inojin Yamanaka in Chapter 33. Initially, there were five powerful members of the Shinju Clones, but with the deaths of Matsuri, Ryu, and Mamushi, only Hidari and Jura remain. These two are now positioned as the main antagonistic force for Borutos upcoming arc. While Hidari is modeled after Sasuke Uchiha and seems set to inherit his abilities in the upcoming battles with the Konoha shinobi, Jura stands as the undefeated embodiment of the Ten-Tails.
With Jura and Hidari on the rise, Boruto Uzumaki gained full access to Momoshiki Otsutsuki's powers and abilities, as confirmed in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 29. With Momoshiki's full cooperation, Boruto can now use Otsutsuki abilities, such as karma, without fear of losing control. In Momoshiki's words, Boruto is free to use karma and whatever he wants to take down his enemies.

True to Momoshiki's words, Boruto successfully used the Byakugan in exterminating Mamushi's Division clones in the last few chapters. The Byakugan is only part of Momoshiki's full Otsutsuki abilities, hinting at much greater powers that Boruto Uzumaki may eventually access in the upcoming battles of the new arc. One of these Otsutsuki abilities is a second eye power, the Rinnegan, that Momoshiki has on his hands.

Why Boruto Uzumaki will eventually gain access to Momoshiki Otsutsuki's Rinnegan
The agreement between Boruto Uzumaki and Momoshiki Otsutsuki i Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 29 will remain valid as long as Jura and Hidari are still alive. This means that Boruto is officially free to access Momoshiki Otsutsuki's wide range of abilities, including his eye powers, until Jura and Hidari are defeated. When Jura and Hidari are finally dealt with, Boruto is expected to surrender control of his body to Momoshiki as the price for relying on his Otsutsuki power.
Under the terms of Boruto's deal with Momoshiki, it is only natural for Boruto to eventually gain access to the Rinnegan embedded in Momoshiki's palms. On top of the Byakugan, Boruto Uzumaki would have to utilize the Rinnegan to match Jura in battle. After all, Jura has yet to reveal the full extent of his abilities, and Boruto's previous encounter with him in the Land of the Wind only showed a small portion of his power.
With the Rinnegan, Boruto Uzumaki would undoubtedly perform much more effectively against the Jura. By combining the eye's various abilities with his own power-ups, Boruto would have a better chance of winning against Jura. That's not all, as Boruto's temporary truce with Kawaki Uzumaki remains active, potentially allowing for a powerful karma alliance in the battles before Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 34.
How strong is Boruto Uzumaki in two blue vortex right now?
Since the time jump, Boruto Uzumaki's power level has continued to rise. At the moment, Boruto Uzumaki's strength is comparable to that of an Otsutsuki due to the power of Karma and his free pass to Momoshiki's abilities. Arguably, Boruto is currently stronger than Naruto and Sasuke, who are still out of commission in Konoha. He can go toe to toe with no-limiter Kawaki and can also hold his own against Jura, even without using Karma.
The Two Blue Vortex also provided other crucial power-ups to Boruto Uzumaki, from the Rasengan Uzuhiko, his modern version of the Flying Thunder God Technique, and the Byakugan, to the upgraded Kusanagi sword he received from Sumire. As Boruto: Two Blue Vortex continues to release new chapters, Boruto Uzumaki's potential Rinnegan upgrade may be what he needs to defeat Jura for good.
