All permanent bonuses from the campaign

Path of Exile 2 has been released into early access, bringing not only a full-length campaign across 3 acts, but a full endgame system for players to grind as well. With a notoriously robust character customization tree that allows for limitless creativity in build creation, players can tackle the trials of Wraeclast however they see fit.

Throughout the player's journey through the campaign, various objectives will grant players permanent upgrades to their character, including extra skill points, free resistances and lives, and more. While some of these bonuses are provided by completing missions, many others are rewarded for killing optional bosses and completing missed interactions that are not recorded by a player's mission log.

Permanent bonuses in awesome difficulty

Meteor skill in PoE 2

As of early access, only three acts are currently available out of the six acts planned for the game's full release. To compensate, the game transitions players to Brutal difficulty once they complete Act 3, allowing players to make it through a harder version of the campaign while keeping all of their items and stats. Identical permanent bonuses are also available throughout the campaign with awesome difficultywith only a few minor tweaks, including:

  • Candlemass, The Living Rite now grants 8% max health instead of +20 max health
  • The King in the Mists no longer grants +30 spirit
  • Ignagduk, The Mos Witch now gives +40 spirit instead of +30 spirit
  • The Slithering Dead now rewards players with a choice of +10% chaos resistance, or +5 to all attributes, or 15% reduced slowing strength of debuffs on you

Since the Cruel difficulty is currently a placeholder for the unreleased fourth, fifth, and sixth acts, it is possible that the permanent upgrades granted in the second half of the campaign may change when they are released.
