The latest expansion for Pokemon TCG Is Celestial Guardians, and it has a similar size as that for Space-Time Smackdown, with the core set with 155 new cards and then a variety of others between Illustration Rares, Shiny Critters and more. Oricorio in Pokemon Games canonically has four different forms that determine its types, attacks and even appearance, and the same goes for the mobile game. While Oricorio is susceptible to damage from Nightmare Aura, the typical Darkrai ex and Giratina ex deck only run these two critters and drudigon, with the latter that could not attack. As such, Oricorio would be completely immune to the attacks from both Darkrai and Giratina, which is a great counter for these tires.

It remains to be seen how the new set will change meta, but Oricorio is a unique card that should give a certain interest in new defensive mechanics.
