The later stages of Satisfactory are simultaneously the most organized stages and the most chaotic. There's so much going on at once, and you've likely set up so many different systems all working in conjunction with each other, that you could be forgiven for not immediately understanding how each new item is made.

Satisfying: How to Grow Aluminum
A process in several steps that we will help you through. Here's how to grow aluminum satisfactorily.
One of the items you'll make some of in the final stage of Satisfactory is Time Crystals. These are used in a few different endgame recipes that you have to make, but the process of actually making Time Crystals has a few different steps involved, along with certain prerequisites.
How to turn coal into diamonds
Once you've set up some coal production, the next step will be making the Time Crystals turn that coal into diamonds. These diamonds will be what are made into time crystals, so you'll need them on hand to get started.
You will be unable to make diamonds in the particle accelerator until you unlock the Matter Conversion Milestone in level 8 of the HUB.
How to make diamonds in a particle accelerator
Making diamonds is not a very complicated process, but it requires you to get to level 9 in the HUB. But to start, once in Tier 8, you have to unlock the particle acceleratorwhich is part of unlocking Milestone for particle enrichment.
The The particle accelerator uses quite a lot of energyand the energy it uses varies depending on the recipe it's working on and how far along it is in the process. You will come needs a substantial power grid to make this work, but the nuclear milestone, also at level 8, should help with that.
In the particle accelerator it will take 20 Col to do a diamondat a rate of 30 diamonds per minuteor one Diamond every two seconds. This will use a range of 250MW up to 750MW.
Alternative diamond recipes
There are also alternative recipes for making diamonds in a particle accelerator.

How to make diamonds into time crystals
Once you get the diamonds you want to turn into time crystals, you will need to create your converteris found in Matter Conversion Milestone of Tier 9 in HUBalong with diamonds and time crystals.
If you want upgrade your coal productionthis milestone can also help in that regard. The SAM scannable resource and that created Reanimated SAM are in this milestone, and they are both ingredients to create carbon in a converteralso. This can help increase your coal production tremendouslyand is especially useful if you want to make large quantities of diamonds/time crystals.
How to use your converter to make time crystals
At the converter, Diamonds can be made into Time Crystals at a 2:1 Diamond:Time Crystal ratio. Each process takes ten seconds. There are no alternate recipes for making time crystals, although two diamonds of any kind will work.
What are time crystals used for?
Time crystals are used in three different recipes.
All of these are done in a particle accelerator.
