In a recent post on Twitter, popular Fortnite leaker Hypex claimed that Mechagodzilla may be coming to the game's Item Shop in the near future. Much like the design for Godzilla, Mechagodzilla would be modeled after the MonsterVerse version of the character. The mechanical monster is rumored to cost 1,800 V-Bucks alone, but could also be part of a larger package. From what is known, Mechagodzilla will likely exist purely as a cosmetic option for players looking to purchase it. But, Godzilla won't just be a cosmetic in Fortnitehe will be a full boss on the map with a medallion that players can claim for themselves during a match.
