Players can obtain the Crimson Cloak outfit by solving the Anotto Bay treasure map Assassin's Creed Black Flag resync. So you need to first get the treasure map by going to Warehouse in Havana (205, 600). You must complete this warehouse activity by finding the key and looting it.
When you finish raiding the warehouse you get Anotto Bay treasure mapleading to the Crimson Cloak outfit.

Then go to Anotto Bay (590, 245)located in the Gibara region, and just north of the city of Kingston.
As you approach the island you have some trouble locating the entrance as it is underwater. So, jump off the ship and dive into the area I've listed above to come across one underwater mine shaft.
Keep going through the underground tunnels while avoid the sharks and drills which could harm Edward's health. Keep swimming until you finally come out into an open area.
There will be some smugglers in this area that you need to take down. Once you're done, go to the location I've marked in the image above to find the Anotto Bay treasure dig site.
Once you unearth the treasure chest and open it, you get the rare Crimson Cloak outfit in Assassin's Creed Black Flag resynctogether with 2400 Reales. Feel free to explore Anotto Bay's cave to find more chests with rewards. You can exit the cave by climbing up the mine shaft in front of the treasure chest.
