Naruto Uzumaki is one of the most important characters in the whole Naruto franchise, which also includes Boruto. Even though the sequel isn't primarily about him, Naruto is still an exceptionally important part of it. Naruto Uzumaki is currently sealed in the Daikokuten dimension; but sometime in the future he will return.

Boil Release is an exceptionally powerful Kekkei Genkai that is very rare in the world of Naruto and Boruto. This power was given to Naruto Uzumaki through the chakra of the five tails, Kokuo. Fans know that Naruto lost Kurama; however, he should still have access to the chakra of the other tailed beasts. If he doesn't have access to their chakra right now, Naruto could very well seek them out, since they are very much alive, and access their powers if he doesn't already.
Considering he has a bond with them, these tailed beasts would be willing to provide him with their powers. Naruto already has the power of Boil Release up his sleeve at the moment, and he already used it once during the fight against Kaguya. Boil Release Chakra Mode will allow him to increase his powers dramatically and give boiling properties to his chakra. This allows him to increase his physical attributes by a large margin and fight back against even stronger enemies. This power would surely come in handy when Naruto is unsealed in Boruto.

Another power that Naruto Uzumaki may end up gaining in Boruto after he is unsealed is Lava Release Chakra Mode. This power was seen harnessed by Roshi, the Jinchuriki of the Four-Tails. Naruto Uzumaki has access to the four tails chakra and he bonded with him.
Given that he can infuse Lava Release into his Rasenshuriken, Naruto, with a little practice, can also harness the power of Lava Release Chakra Mode. This power is incredibly dangerous and it gives the user corrosive properties. Naruto can power up all his jutsu with these incredibly dangerous powers and at the same time he also becomes untouchable. This is a power that is very difficult to counter, especially if a skilled user like Naruto Uzumaki uses it.

Wood Release is one of the strongest Kekkei Genkai available in Naruto world. This jutsu has only been used by a handful and its very best user was none other than Hashirama, the first Hokage. Ever since, other users of this Jutsu have also appeared over the years; however, very few have managed to reach the same levels, with the exception of Madara.
Naruto Uzumaki masters all five natures. More importantly, he has a prosthetic arm made from Hashirama's cells, which should give him access to Wood Release. Maybe Naruto didn't feel the need to rely on this power because he had Kurama by his side. But now that he's lost his greatest asset, Naruto has to make do with what he's got, and Wood Release might just be one of his very best powers. After Naruto Uzumaki is revealed in Boruto, fans can potentially see him make use of this power.

Fans have already seen quite a few of them, like the Chakra Saber or the Chakra Absorption Tool that Naruto Uzumaki himself tested. These tools could very well be used by Naruto himself. Now that he doesn't have access to Kurama, Naruto needs a way to keep up with the strongest and make sure he can defend his village against the likes of Otsutsuki.
In the last 3 years, there will definitely be great advancements in the field of science. If any powerful tools that far surpass the capabilities of the Chakra Absorption Tools have appeared, fans can be sure that Naruto Uzumaki would be interested in testing them. By doing so, he would get a major power-up and become much stronger. It must also be remembered that the ninja prosthetic hand that Naruto Uzumaki used in battle was incomplete at the time, and Katasuke had not completed it. In the time jump, Katasuke could have completed this tool and made it the exact copy of Momoshiki's Rinnegan. In this case, this tool would now be extremely strong and perfect for Naruto Uzumaki. We absolutely can't wait to see how Naruto Uzumaki gets on after his return.
