The Ragdoll lost its quirk but not its heroic spirit
The Wild, Wild Pussycats wouldn't be the same without the green-haired Ragdoll in it My Hero Academia. She left a lasting impression on fans not only because of her hyperactive personality, but also because of her valuable Search Quirk, which All For One unexpectedly stole.
Before losing her quirk, Ragdoll had Search, an ability that gave her unparalleled battlefield awareness by allowing her to monitor up to 100 people at once, including their exact locations. Her Quirk was vital in search and rescue operations, and after All For One stole it, she became Quirkless and joined All Might's Counter-Force team.

Ingenious proven heroes never retire
When it comes to speed, Turbo Hero: Ingenium is second to none. His engine quirk gives him a massive speed boost through his arms, allowing him to lunge at his opponents and kick them with devastating force. Before temporarily retiring, Ingenium took on fast-paced threats as the Bat Villain, one of the series' fastest criminals, and even faced off against the infamous Stain despite his terrifying track record.
Although Ingenium eventually retires at the end of the series, he remains paralyzed from the waist down without his support items. He may not be as powerful as before, but he is still committed to helping his brother as a sidekick to continue his pro hero missions with the Idaten team.

Eraserhead proved that a hero's duty never ends
Eraserhead stopped at nothing to support his students My Hero Academiaespecially in the final war, where he proved instrumental in the divide-and-conquer operation against All for One and Tomura Shigaraki. Without Eraserhead, Izuku would not have been able to land the ultimate battle that everyone had long expected.
While Eraserhead's Erasure Quirk may not be as destructive as the series' powerful abilities, it still allowed him to buy time for his students, not to mention hold back even the most powerful villains, such as Shigaraki Tomura, with Monoma's help. Now, Eraserhead is a semi-retired hero, but his personal duty to the Hero Society and UA High School continues.

Gran Torino's legendary career did not end with retirement
Gran Torino must have been extraordinarily powerful in his younger years, considering that even in old age his feats are difficult for the new generation of heroes to match. From guiding Deku's mastery of One For All to aiding in Kurogiri's capture while dealing with Gigantomachia and flooring Dabi with a single punch, Gran Torino accomplished all of these feats well past their prime.

Although All For One robbed him of his Fierce Wings Quirk and superhuman speed, Hawk's legacy remained undaunted. Fans remember him not only for pushing All For One to their limits but also for the selfless saves that defined his career as a hero.
Not to mention, Hawks once infiltrated the League of Villains on his own, gathering as much valuable intelligence as he could to come up with the most reliable strategies for the heroes. Endeavor left the battlefield with nothing left to prove
Before hanging up his suit for good, Endeavor put on a phenomenal display of power with his Hellflame Quirk, not only against All For One but also during his ultimate confrontation with his alienating son, Dabi. Defying all expectations, he reminded everyone why he stood as one of All Might's most formidable rivals for so many years.
In fact, Endeavor's flames remained as destructive as ever until the very end, proving to his children that he was not easily surpassed despite their immense potential. Additionally, Endeavor built one of the most impressive track records of any Pro Hero throughout his career, making him someone the public deeply admired even though he could never match All Might's overwhelming popularity and iconic presence.

Everything can prove that retirement could not take him from the battlefield
All Might really gave it his all in his explosive heroic career before passing in the torch My Hero Academia.
