Ope Ope no Mi can bypass almost anything
Trafalgar Law is a phenomenal swordsman, but his main strength is the Ope Ope no Mi, which has been called the “Ultimate Devil Fruit”. Ope Ope no Mi allows Law to create a spherical ROOM within a certain area where he can control everything. It doesn't matter what's in front of him, as the Devil Fruit lets him cut through anything, including a meteor. In theory, Law should have no problem destroying a Susanoo.

Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu can easily wipe out anything in his path
Kaido possessed a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit called Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, which allowed him to transform into a nearly indestructible dragon. It gave him the ability to fly, along with enhanced durability and many other abilities. Kaido was also able to use a move called Boro Breath that obliterated an entire mountain with one hit. Given his feats, Kaido shouldn't have too much trouble wiping out a Susanoo in his Dragon form. If Boro Breath doesn't work, Kaido can use Rising Dragon Flame Bagua to melt Susanoo.

Magu Magu no Mi's offensive ability makes it a threat
