Every hidden user of Haki, ranked

Haki is an incredible ability that originates from the spirit of the user One Piece. This power exists within each individual; however, not everyone can wake it up. The strongest individuals in One Piece world, such as Yonko, Marine Admirals, or even the likes of Vice Admirals and other veteran pirates, seem to be avid users of Haki. But there are also individuals who may not be that strong, but still have this ability up their sleeve. Their Haki usage is at least decent, and fans may have actually missed them with this incredible power.

Tashigi

Tashigi is a navy captain and quite a skilled swordswoman within One Piece world. She's Smoker's minion, and fans know she's a pretty important character in some arcs. Tashigi remains an active part of the Marines, and it goes without saying that she will play a major role in the story at some point in the Final Saga.

To the surprise of fans, her swordplay is enhanced by her Haki. Although her Haki is weak, she still has two types of it, which is quite impressive for a marine captain. She displayed this power in Punk Hazard when she fought Law, and later when he fought and knocked down Tashigi.

Charlotte Raisin

• Affiliation: Big Mom Pirates

Charlotte Raisin is a member of the Big Mom Pirates, known to be an extremely powerful group. While the superior officers, such as Oven, Daifuku and Sweet Commanders, must have Haki, Charlotte Raisin is a person who often misses the eyes of the fans. He is the 33rd son of Big Mom and pretty irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. However, has the ability to use Armament Haki and even coat his blade in it. He displayed this skill against Luffy, but was defeated quite easily by Sanji in the Whole Cake Island arc.

Cavendish

• Affiliation: Beautiful Pirates, Straw Hat Grand Fleet

Cavendish of the White Horse, who fans know is a very famous pirate in the New World, is a pretty incredible swordsman. His strength is such that he received a reward of 330 million berries while fighting the elites of the New World. Cavendish's reward is not inflated. In fact, his reward is fully deserved, and he has proven this on many occasions, thanks to his powerful swordsmanship, Hakuba's spirit, and, of course, incredible Haki. He has been in possession of this power for years and can use two of its types.

Although he didn't actively use it in the Dressrosa arc, he is confirmed to be a user of the Vivre cards. At the same time, he is the strongest commander of the great fleet. As such, he is expected to have at least two Haki types.

Shirahoshi

• Affiliation: Ryugu Kingdom, Straw Hat Pirates

Shirahoshi, also known as the Mermaid Princess, is an incredibly important One Piece character who we know has been central to the events of the Fishman Island arc. Already, she is incredibly relevant, and her importance will only grow. Being the ancient weapon of Poseidon, she will play a big role going forward in the series.

To the fans' surprise, Shirahoshi can use Observation Haki. Like her mother, she was born with the skill, and she controls it at a very good level. This ability of hers can also be directly linked to being the Poseidon of Ancient Weapons.

Kozuki Momonosuke

• Affiliation: Wano Country, Straw Hat Pirates Ally

Momonosuke is the current Shogun of Wano Country and the child of Oden and Toki. He is an incredibly powerful individual, especially now that he has gained some control over the Mythical Dragon Devil Fruit, which was artificially created by Vegapunk.

While Momonosuke will eventually have access to all three Haki types, like his father, currently, he has access to only one, and that is Observation Haki. He used this skill actively in the Wano Country arc. In fact, his Observation Haki is extremely refined. He can even hear voices from those miles away from him, which is an amazing feat. Still, his control over Haki needs to improve.

Wine smoke judge

• Affiliation: Germa Kingdom, Neo MADS

The leader of the Vinsmoke Family and the king of the Germa Kingdom, Judge is an individual who can use Haki to a very good level despite almost never showing the ability to use it. This comes as a surprise, given that Judge relies heavily on scientific technology and Raid Suits in battle, just like his children. But he can also strengthen his already powerful body with Haki. This makes him the second member of the Vinsmoke Family, aside from Sanji, to be able to utilize this power.

In fact, he may actually be a rather underrated user of Haki. In the Whole Cake Island arc, Judge was seen able to clash with Charlotte Snack, who was once the fourth member of the Sweet Commanders. Snack has a bounty of 600 million berries, and for him to fight Snack even after taking several major damages from a Yonko is incredibly impressive. Although his Haki is certainly not as strong as his son's, he is an impressive individual, nonetheless. Currently sailing the seas as part of Neo MADS, he's sure to be incredibly relevant in the latter half of the story, especially when things like science get the spotlight from Eiichiro Oda again.

CP9 members

• Affiliation: World Government

The CP9 members will forever be remembered as some of the most incredible villains in the One Piece story. They played a large role in the Water 7 Saga, and they are again common in the final saga of the series, especially in the events of the Egghead arc. While some of them, like Kaku and Lucci, were incredibly active in the Egghead Island arc, others were active in the Sacred Land of Marijoa during Reverie, which was confirmed by Oda himself.

The CP9 members are all currently part of CP0, and all were promoted. After two years have passed, they are stronger than ever before. They have certainly strengthened themselves immensely over the years, and every single member of this group is now a user of Haki of at least two types. This does not come as a surprise, knowing that their Rokushiki abilities somewhat resemble forms of Haki. Fans can only hope that they get bigger roles in the future of the story so they can show how good their Haki usage really is.
