To build a good team around Rebecca, you need to understand her mechanics, which revolve around dealing DMG with her Basic Attacks. This means that characters like Sanhua or Lucy are excellent characters to pair with Rebecca due to their outro skills, which greatly improve her Basic Attack DMG. Here are the best characters you can include in Rebecca's team Wuthering Waves.

In this Rebecca team, you need to pair her with Lucy, who is the best character to team up with WooWa. Both characters rotate well with each other, as they both fill their Concerto Energy fast enough for this rotation to work. This also means they create openings for each other to trade and cancel many of their attacks, further enhancing their synergy. All that, and I haven't even mentioned the number of buffs they give each other through their Inherent and Outro Skills.

Since both Rebecca and Lucy will dominate field time with their rotations, you need to add a character that barely takes any field time away from them. It should be a character like Mornye, who will also heal the team and hardly spend any time building his Concerto Energy. Additionally, both Lucy and Rebecca work on the Hack mechanic, while Mornye supports the team by increasing the team's off-tune build speed.

Rebecca + Sanhua + Verina

If you want to build a full F2P Rebecca team in WooWacan you connect Sanhua with her. Sanhua is a lightning fast character that can deal decent DMG. Lightning fast means she will always trigger her Outro Skill within seconds to massively buff Rebecca's Basic Attack DMG. You can certainly keep rotating between the two to complete both of their kits. Of course, Sanhua won't perform as well as Lucy, but she's good enough for a F2P character in Rebecca's F2P team.

As for the healer, there are many options, but none come close to Verina, who is a great F2P healer with small buffs to both Rebecca and Sanhua.
