Triggers the Illusion Town Wertheimer Tower Lost Tales quest NTE will require you to turn on the radio for the two senior NPCs and then change the channel until the senior in the orange shirt starts a dialogue. Afterwards, you have to find the obstinate citizen next to a phone shop and call him out on his hypocrisy. Completing this Lost Tales quest will reward you with Honest body, lying lips achievement, giving you some extra Annulith.

Radio Listeners Lost Tales Guide I NTE
To start the quest Illusion Town Wertheimer Tower Lost Tales Neverness to Evernessteleport to Illusion Town Wertheimer Tower, then turn southeast towards the two retirees. They will sit on a bench next to a radio. Approach them and turn on the radio next to them.
The orange shirt senior, Stubborn Citizen, should start a dialog after you switch to one channel as an advertisement for Cubox-Phone device and complain about today's high-tech devices.
Wait for him to finish his rant, then do the following:

Open your phone menu.

Click on Time System.

Move the time to the next day, 08:00.

Make sure it's sunny.
Then use any of your vehicles in Neverness to Everness to go to the Re Fresh Store south of Illusion Town Wertheimer Tower. There you will find the Stubborn Citizen queuing up to buy the newly announced Cubox-Phone device.
You know you're in the right place when you see a line of people, the old man in the orange shirt, and two speakers playing the exact same commercial as the one you heard on the radio.
Approach the Stubborn Citizen and interact with him to get Honest body, lying lips Performance i Neverness to Everness. You can see the trophy in Single Frame Function section.
This will end the Illusion Town Wertheimer Tower Lost Tales quest and remove it from the Witch's Lost Tales pool. You also get some extra Annulith.
You can spend Annulith to draw for limited Espers like Hotori, Lacrimosa, Chaos and Nanaly. Annulith can also be spent in the Arc Shop to get new A-star and S-star Arcs.
