Shinobu Kochō
Shinobu Kocho is probably one of the most popular poison users in shonen anime due to the massive fame and success of Demon Slayer. She is the insect Hashira, who created her own breathing style to compensate for her lack of physical strength to cut off a demon's head.
Using the Insect Breathing Style, Shinobu Kocho uses his Nichirin sword filled with deadly poisons to defeat several demons, including the strongest of them all, Doma. Although Shinobu is widely considered, and often implied, to be the weakest of the Hashira in terms of raw strength, her intelligence, exceptional speed and agility, and mastery of poison make her a very dangerous demon slayer that should never be underestimated.

Black cloverResident poison user Gordon Agrippa of the Black Bulls may look like a terrifying villain at first glance, but beneath his sinister exterior is a kind-hearted magical knight who truly longs to make friends.
Gordon specializes in poison magic, in addition to curse magic. He can effortlessly create a curtain of poisonous fluid to protect himself and his allies, while unleashing massive waves of poison to overwhelm his opponents in battle.

JJBA: Golden Wind introduced anime fans to Pannacotta Fugo, an intelligent short-range user with rage. While Fugo is usually calm and collected, there are times when intense anger takes over, causing him to become dangerously violent towards anyone who crosses his path.
Fugo's Stand, Purple Haze, has an ability that is not only harmful to his opponent but also to himself. True to its name, Purple Haze can unleash a deadly purple mist that quickly degrades the bodies of anyone within its range in just 30 seconds, leaving little to no chance of escape once the toxin takes effect. It is a dangerous ability that must be used with extreme caution, as careless activation can even put Fugo's own allies at risk.

Jabber Wonger
Jabber Wonger is one of the newest poison users in shonen anime. He comes from the modern hit anime Gachiakuta, where characters use important instruments in battle. Jabber Wonnger's vital instrument is called Mankira, which he wears on his 10 fingers like regular rings.
However, when entering battle mode, Jabber Wonger's Mankira has two distinct forms: suppressed and awakened. In his suppressed state, Mankira manifests as blade-like claws on both of his hands, each infused with deadly neurotoxins and venom.
Once awakened, the mankiran expands dramatically, even growing larger than Jabber himself, greatly increasing its range and destructive power. The poisons he uses come from plants and animals, but he can also create entirely new poisons by combining and modifying the poisons he copies.
Sasori
Among the members of the Akatsuki is Red-Sand Sasori, who likes to use poison in almost any weapon at his disposal, including his favorite battle puppets like the Third Kazekage and Hiruko.
Sasori's venom is incredibly deadly, said to contain metallic substances that can destroy a victim's healthy cells. Anyone poisoned by Sasori is basically doomed to die within three days, unless they can get Sakura Haruno's antidote in time to counteract the deadly toxin.
Mayuri Kurotsuchi
The mad scientist 12th Division captain, Mayuri Kurotsuchi, is yet another powerful poison user in shonen anime. Comes from WhitenMayuri Kurotsuchi's Bankai gives him the ability to release an extremely deadly mist that spreads over a 200-meter radius from his Zanpakuto.
Kurotsuchi's poison is so deadly that it can still affect anyone caught within its range, even those who try to hold their breath to avoid inhaling the poisonous mist. Although there is an antidote to the poison, only Kurotsuchi and Nemu have it.
Erik
Fairy Tail also features a unique and powerful poison user in Erik, formerly known by his alias Cobra. He once sought the destructive magic known as Nirvana but later changed his path, revealing a more complex character beneath his dangerous abilities.
And speaking of Erik's abilities, he possesses Dragon Slayer magic granted by a Poison Dragon's Lacrima implanted in his body. This power allows him to partially dragonize his arm and release explosive bursts of venom through physical attacks such as punches, kicks, and punches. He can also exhale devastating poison from his mouth with his Dragon Roar.
Magellan
Magellan is the embodiment of poison i One Piececourtesy of his deadly Devil Fruit, Doku Doku no Mi or Venom-Venom Fruit. This powerful devil fruit gives Magellan the ability to not only manipulate poison but also generate it at will.
Magellan's body also gains full immunity to all types of poison, although he often spends his time on the toilet after eating dishes laced with his own poison. Despite this, Magellan remains a powerful figure in One Piece, strong enough to overwhelm Luffy, not to mention Blackbeard and his crew.
Lavender
Within the Trio of Danger, Lavender stands out for being the poison specialist. He uses poison in battle so deadly that it can blind his opponents and, in severe cases, rot their bodies in the long run. It's also difficult to avoid Lavender's poison unless his opponent already knows how to defend with a ki barrier.
While Lavender's poison isn't that effective on Son Goku and Vegeta (thanks to Gohan's tip), Gohan suffers immensely from its effects. Lavender can unleash a devastating energy wave filled with deadly poisons, which can almost match Super Saiyan Gohan's Kamehameha.
