Solo Leveling: Arise is a popular video game that adapts the Solo Leveling series into an RPG-like experience for mobile and PC. The game was first launched in 2024 by Netmarble and it has only grown in popularity. More Solo Leveling games will be released in the future, but for now this is the biggest the series has to offer and it absolutely does not disappoint.
Solo Leveling: Arise is known for including extra animated content not even seen before in the anime. Most recently, the game crashed a new video trailer showing the battle of Sung Jinwoo vs Thomas Andre. This video was animated using the in-game models of the characters, so it's not an anime-like PV, but it's still incredibly exciting and gives fans a little look at what's to come in the future of this series. Jinwoo Vs Thomas Andre Anime Release Date
Seeing Sung Jinwoo vs Thomas Andre animated in video game style was incredibly exciting for all fans. However, that only raises the curiosity for its anime release further. Fans are wondering when this fight is coming to Solo Leveling's iconic TV anime adaptation by A-1 Pictures and Aniplex. At the moment, there is no confirmation or exact indicator of when fans can expect this fight to unfold.
According to an alleged committee report leaked in late 2025, it was said that the next Solo Leveling project would be a theatrical release. While that's exciting, it would mean that Thomas Andre vs. Jinwoo won't happen for a few years. There's only so much a movie can adapt, and it would be far-fetched to see it go past the Double Dungeon Arc. Jinwoo vs Thomas Andre comes much later in the manhwa. Based on our assessment of the pace at which the story is currently being adapted, for this animated battle, fans will have to wait at least 3-4 years. Judging the power difference between Jinwoo and Andre
When it comes to Hunter rankings, both Jinwoo and Thomas Andre would definitely fit under the Hunter category at the national level. Technically, Thomas Andre is recognized as the strongest hunter at the national level, over the likes of Christopher Reed and Liu Zhigang. Even so, he is no match for Jinwoo. When Jinwoo meets Thomas Andre, he has already unlocked his black heart and awakened it. Jinwoo will also have leveled up significantly since the other battles, like the clashes in the Double Dungeon arc.
Even with Thomas Andre's spirit body manifestation, he is simply outclassed and defeated with ease. Thomas is definitely far from Jinwoo's biggest challenge. However, he could be a big challenge for the current Jinwoo seen at the end of Season 2. Regardless, Jinwoo will show why he is the world's greatest hunter, and why only the strongest monarchs can stand against him when his battle with the strongest National Hunter comes to life.
