Any devil fruit with the ability to fly

The ability to fly is something that only a handful of Devil Fruits provide in the world One Piece. During the Arabasta arc of the series, Eiichiro Oda mentioned that there are only five Devil Fruits that grant the ability to fly. Later down the line, it became apparent that Oda had scrapped this whole idea with the reveal of many Devil Fruits with aerial powers. In general, these Devil Fruits fall into the Zoan category, but exceptions do exist.

Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhoggr

• Type: Mythical Zoan

Loki's Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhoggr is one of the newest Devil Fruits revealed in One Piece. Based on a western dragon from Norse mythology, this devil fruit allows Loki to transform into Nidhoggr, with large wings and a body so huge it can cast shadows over an entire land.

Loki's dragon wings allow him to fly, as already seen in the Arc of Elbaf, along with other powerful abilities. His hybrid form has yet to be revealed, but it would also have large wings that allow him to fly.

Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu

• Type: Mythical Zoan

Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu was one of the highlights of the Yonko Saga, with the reveal in chapter 921 of the manga. This Devil Fruit is eaten by the King of Beasts, Kaido, and it allows him to transform into an Azure Eastern Dragon.

Although Kaido's dragon does not have wings unlike its western counterpart, this Devil Fruit can still fly through the creation of clouds. This Devil Fruit is also in the possession of Momonosuke, who has the copy version created by Vegapunk.

Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Falcon

Pell, a Guardian of the Kingdom of Arabasta and one of Vivi's closest allies, is the first ever Devil Fruit user in the One Piece world to have the ability to actually fly. In fact, Pell was the one who claimed that there are only 5 Devil Fruits with that power in the world of One Piece. He can fly thanks to his Devil Fruit, Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Falcon. This Devil Fruit allows him to become a falcon that can fly in his full Zoan form, as well as hybrid form.

Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix

Marco was Yonko Whitebeard's right-hand man, and he was arguably one of the strongest pirates around. Much of his strength comes from his Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit, Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix.

Since the Phoenix is ​​a legendary bird, it allows Marco to gain wings and fly. He was seen flying in both his hybrid Phoenix form as well as his full Zoan transformation.

Mushi Mushi no Mi, Model: Kabutomushi

Kabu is a character many fans may have forgotten about. He is part of the Tontatta tribe, and he has the Zoan a devil fruit that allows flight. Kabu is in possession of the Mushi Mushi no Mi, model: Kabutomushi. It allows him to transform into a rhinoceros beetle, which can sprout wings in a hybrid or full transformation. It's not the best Devil Fruit out there, but its aerial mobility is still great.

Mushi Mushi no Mi, Model: Suzumebachi

Bian, like Kabu, is not the most memorable One Piece character. She is also from the Tontatta Realm, and her devil fruit is quite similar to Kabus, as it is also an insect zoan.

Bian has Mushi Mushi no Mi, model: Suzumebachi, and it allows her to transform into a hornet. With this power, she can sprout wings and fly in a hybrid form. Her Devil Fruit is definitely one of the most underwhelming that grants flight.

Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon

King is a member of the All-stars and one of the greatest fighters Kaido had under his command. He's a Lunarian, and while he's always had wings, they're not necessarily useful for flight, at least not yet. Instead, King's power will fly from his Ancient Zoan Devil Fruit, Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon.

This Devil Fruit allows him to transform into a prehistoric Pterosaur with large wings. This fruit makes King the only Ancient Zoan with the ability to fly. He showed his flight in his full Zoan transformation in his fight against Zoro, and this aerial battle was definitely exciting.

Uma Uma no Mi, Model: Pegasus

Many One Piece fans may have forgotten that the series has a Pegasus Devil Fruit. Known as Uma Uma no Mi, Model: Pegasus, this Pegasus Fruit is a mythical zoan eaten by Stronger, who is Doc Q's horse.

This Devil Fruit allows a previously normal horse to become a Pegasus and gain wings to fly. It is unclear what other abilities this fruit would grant, but at the very least it serves as an upgraded motility for Doc Q and other members of the Blackbeard Pirates.

Marcus Mars has one of the most impressive abilities that allows one to take to the skies in the form of a Yokai ability based on the Itsumade of Japanese mythology. Itsumade is an extremely large bird with fire related powers.

Marcus Mars was seen using his full Zoan transformation during the Egghead arc, where he took flight to advance and try to stop Vegapunk's message to the world.

Fuwa Fuwa no Mi

• User: Shiki

• Type: Paramecia

Most Devil Fruits that allow true flight powers are under the Zoan category; however, Shiki's Fuwa Fuwa no Mi stands as an exception. Fuwa Fuwa no Mi is a devil fruit with liquid abilities. With it, anything Shiki touches can float and fly, including himself. However, he cannot make other living beings, such as humans, float.

With this fruit Shiki came to be called the flying pirateand he first displayed these powers when he cut his own legs and flew out of Impel Down. His abilities were further explored in One Piece Strong World, although that movie is not canon.
