All cutscenes in Tides of Tomorrow
Get resources in Tomorrow's tide can be a challenging task, especially when it comes to Ozen tanks, as everyone is in a desperate fight to survive and to prevent further disasters from occurring. While Ozen can be quite hard to come by, clips are the exact opposite, as they are much more common. Here you can find them.
Exploration
One of the most common sources of scrap is location piles of scrap on the groundespecially near the port, next to containers and near Ozen shops, so look around carefully. They are also available on tablesInside garbage cansand in caches. Not all bins have scrap, but it's worth rummaging around in hopes of collecting some.
Donation boxes
There is also a chance that a Tidewalker before you may have left some pieces in one of the donation boxes located throughout Elryd. It is also possible to find Ozen tanks in donation boxes, which can be beneficial to your survival in the game.
Ocean Events
Doing Ocean Events can also reward you with some valuable resources that can come in handy either right away or later on in your journey. It is generally recommended to hoard patches, especially in the early game, as you will need to acquire as many Ozen tanks as possible later on.
How to use scrap in tomorrow's tides
As mentioned earlier, clips are the in-game currency that you can use for exchange of goods, services or information which can be valuable on your trip. More commonly, they can be used for buy Ozen from trade stores or to exchange with NPCs during Ocean Events.
Scrap can also be used to repair broken ladders and bridgesmaking the crossing over unsafe areas more efficient and safe, and they contribute to the Cooperative Strait just by performing this action. You can too donate leftovers to the donation boxes to help future Tidewalkers when they share your Online Story Seed link with others and help them in their adventures.
Scrap can also be used for upgrade your boat's healthwhich is useful when encountering explosive buoys, and it requires 100 scrap per upgrade. Finally, leftovers can be given to Reclaimer NPCs if giving them Ozen is a less likely option, which they can then use to acquire Ozen.
