A Pokemon Legends: ZA fan has recreated a number of popular characters from the castTomodachi Life: Living the Dream. Although it is not the first time that the fans mash Pokemon Legends: ZA and Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream together since its later release, this player has done an impressive job of recreating the cast.
Tomodachi Life: Living the Dreamlike its predecessor, provides a wide range of character customization options for its Miis. For a creative fan, the sky is the limit as to who they recreate in the game, with one fan even making Pokémon in Tomodachi Life: Living the Dreamwithout using face paint. Although the game hasn't been out for long, players have been diving in and sharing their impressive creations.

A fan of both Pokemon Legends: ZA and Tomodachi life have shared their efforts to recreate a number of cast members Pokémon games in the social simulator. The player shared a number of screenshots showing their hands-on work, which has been done well enough that fans have quickly identified them and shared how impressed they are. Just to name a few, the creator included characters like Urbain and Taunie, Lida, Naveen, AZ and L. OP also included a recreation of their own custom trainer from Pokemon Legends: ZAwhich gives a nice personal touch.
While it is arguably the end of an era for Pokemon Legends: ZAthe game is still relatively new, having come out in October 2025. However, the game has been largely overshadowed recently when standing next to other Nintendo titles. Apart from Tomodachi life, Pokemon Pokopia was released in March 2026, and players are still eagerly exploring every corner of the world. Fans have been hard at work recreating some of their favorite locations and structures from the franchise and elsewhere within Pokopiaso Nintendo gamers have had plenty of opportunities to celebrate their favorites as of late.
As you look to the future of the franchise and Nintendo's planned series, a new trend has been noticed. Nintendo has released and will continue to release a number of games based on island life. While Animal Crossing: New Horizons was one of the biggest instances of this, the theme has been particularly prevalent lately with the releases of Pokemon Pokopia and Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream. Splatoon Raidersthe upcoming third-person shooter spin-off of the main series, will continue the trend. And while it is still some distance away, the next main entry in Pokémon franchise, Pokemon winds and waveswill also follow the theme, with many islands for players to explore and find Pokemon on.
