10 new Devil Fruit users in the final saga

Devil Fruits were introduced at the beginning of One Pieceand now that the series is in the Final Saga, their importance is greater than ever before. The last tale of One Piece has seen the introduction of quite a few overpowered Devil Fruits, given that the most powerful characters have been gathered in this part of the story. Over two arcs, Oda has shown the incredible abilities of some of the most capable Devil Fruit users, with much more to come in the future.

Among the Mythical Zoan Fruits in One Piece, there are quite a few Dragon Fruits, so let's rank them from weakest to strongest

Avalo Pizarro

• Devil Fruit: Shima Shima no Mi

• Type: Paramecia

The last tale of One Piece introduced fans to quite a few new Blackbeard Pirates Devil Fruit users, but out of all of them, the most impressive was definitely Avalo Pizarrothe corrupt king, who hails from South Blue. Pizarro is in power Shima Shima no Mimeaning he can assimilate with any island and simply control it.

The entire terrain of the island becomes a weapon for him to control, meaning that only the few characters who can hit entire islands can take him into battle. This Paramecia Devil Fruit is truly incredibly overpowered, making Pizarro one of the strongest commanders in all of One Piece.

Gunko

• Devil Fruit: Aro Aro no Mi

• Type: Paramecia

Gunko is a member of the Holy Knights introduced in the Elbaph arc. She has the power of Aro Aro no Miwhich is a Paramecia ability that allows her to produce arrows and use them in a variety of ways. From attacking directly to using it to mark her path of attacks that become unavoidable, Gunko can do it all. She can even use the arrows to cover her body and increase the mass and size of her fists, making it very versatile.

• Devil Fruit: Nomi Nomi no Mi

• Type: Paramecia

Vegan punk may be the weakest new Devil Fruit user introduced in the final saga, but he's easily one of the most important. He ate Nomi Nomi no Mi long ago, and this Devil Fruit gave him access to a brain that continues to grow and allows him to store infinite amounts of information, making him the smartest individual in the world of One Piece. Vegapunk's brain has grown so much that he has completely detached it from his head and created Punk Records, as seen in the Egghead arc, making him one of the most unique fear users.

• Devil Fruit: Iba Iba no Mi

• Type: Paramecia

St. Summers is one of the Holy Knights who was revealed to be a Devil Fruit user in Elbaph. He has the power Iba Iba No miallowing him to produce as well as manipulate tags at will.

His thorny vines are very difficult to cut through, and the arrows he produces are just as tough. Sommer's control over his Devil Fruit ability is incredibly good, and it makes him one of the best Devil Fruit users when combined with his other powers.

Rimoshifu Killingham

Saint Killingham is another holy knight with a powerful devil fruit. In his case, he has access to a Mythical Zoan called Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Kirin. This Devil Fruit allows him to transform into a Kirin and a Kirin-human hybrid and gives him immense strength. He can also turn any dream or nightmare into reality, which is the true power of his fruit.

Of the Holy Knights, the strongest of them all is easily Shamrock Figarland. Shamrock doesn't have a Devil Fruit himself, but he has a sword that has eaten a Devil Fruit called Cerberus. As expected, this sword can transform into the mythical Zoan Cerberus, which is also awakened. Cerberus hasn't been seen in full battle, but it's clear that it's deadly, considering it was able to nearly kill Loki with its attacks.

The five elders all have unique abilities derived from a Devil Fruit in one way or another. Their powers are known as Yokai abilities, allowing them to transform into various mythological creatures. All the older ones have a unique one Yokai power awarded to those who increase their strength immensely. So far, yokai include Houki, Bakotsu, Sandworm, Itsumade, and Gyuki, belonging to Warcury, Nusjuro, Ju Peter, Mars, and Saturn, respectively.

• Devil Fruit: Akuma no Mi

• Type: Mythical Zoan

Nerona Imu is the strongest new Devil Fruit user introduced in the final saga of One Piece. He has access to the power of the Devil Fruit, or Akuma no Mi. This Devil Fruit is one of the strongest powers introduced in One Piece, and it allows him to transform into the Devil as well as a Devil Hybrid. It also allows him to control demonic powers, including magic spells. Imu can easily destroy the whole world with her powers.

Loki

• Devil Fruit: Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Niddhogr

• Type: Mythical Zoan

The Cursed Prince of Elbaph, Loki is also one of the strongest Devil Fruit users in One Piece. He has access to power Nidhoggrwhich is a legendary creature from the myths of Elbaph. This dragon is so massive that it can engulf entire countries and destroy the entire world. Loki ate this Devil Fruit fourteen years ago and became so strong that he could hold his own in a battle against King Harald and even kill him. His dragon powers make him nearly unstoppable and give him immense control over the powers of lightning. Loki's strength goes beyond the vast majority of Yonko, and that's what makes him truly terrifying.

Ragnar

• Devil Fruit: Ratatouille

• Type: Mythical Zoan

Ragnar is a very unique ability user introduced in the Elbaph arc of One Piece. Ragnir is a hammer that once belonged to the God of War of One Piece, and inside this hammer resides the soul of the Ice Squirrel Ratatouille. This essentially makes it a Devil Fruit user, as the hammer can transform into Ratatoskr, as well as a hybrid between the two. Ragnir also manipulates ice powers at will, making it one of the deadliest in the entire world.

Even without anyone wielding the hammer, the hammer is strong enough to stop the vast majority of powerful individuals, such as Harald or even the older kings of Elbaph's history. Only Loki could beat Ragnir, and even then his own hammer broke despite being infused with the Conqueror's Haki while fighting it. Undoubtedly, Ragnir is one of the strongest users of new abilities in the final saga.
