ARC Raiders delay new update in April

ARC Raiders Developer Embark Studios has delayed the game's weekly update to April 7 by 24 hours, with patch 1.23.0 now coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on April 8. ARC Raiders Content updates are often released towards the end of each month, Embark continues to support the shooter to extract great hits with minor updates every week. Unfortunately, the next round of bug fixes and improvements has been hit with a short delay.

After finding monumental success with its launch late last year, and even picking up the award for Best Multiplayer at the 2025 Game Awards, Embark has promised an ambitious post-launch support plan for ARC Raiderswith plans to continue updating the title over the next 10 years. The studio kicked off with a major update in late 2025, which introduced the PvP-heavy map, Stella Montis, and a second major ARC enemy, the Matriarch. Embark then kicked off 2026 with even more content for fans to check out, with four major updates planned between January and April.

After the release of ARC RaidersFollowing the major Flashpoint update on March 31st, Embark Studios planned to release a smaller patch with some additional bug fixes and improvements on April 7th. This is in line with the smaller updates that are often released every Tuesday. Unfortunately, a community manager took to the official ARC Raiders Discord today to confirm that the patch had been delayed. “Patch 1.23.0 is moving to tomorrow at the usual time,” Embark said. Exactly what kind of bug fixes or general improvements will be included ARC Raiders' The 1.23.0 patch is still unconfirmed, but Embark stated that the April 8 update will see the debut of the long-awaited Vanguard set and a number of fixes. As it stands, that means players shouldn't expect any significant changes, weapon tweaks, or new content.
