Chopper is the doctor for the Straw Hat Pirates and one of the most important characters in the overall story of One Piece. He ate Hito Hito no Mi in Drum Kingdom when he was very young. This gave Chopper the ability to transform into a human and assume the form of a human-reindeer hybrid. At first, Chopper was discriminated against because of his appearance, but he was accepted by Hiruluk, and later raised by Kureha. Chopper eventually joined the Straw Hat Pirates, where he showed his true strength as a pirate.
Thanks to the power of Hito Hito no Mi, Chopper can utilize various Zoan transformations, each of which has a unique ability attached to it. By consuming the power of the Rumble Balls, Chopper can even transform into a giant version of himself called Monster Point, whose strength is such that even the power of CP9 was useless against it. Chopper was even able to stand against Queen the Plague with the power of Monster Point. Right now, he can use Monster Point for 30 minutes in battle, and that really makes him incredibly dangerous. His powers are sure to grow further, and the true nature of his Hito Hito no Mi remains to be seen.

Onimaru is the loyal fox of Shimotsuki Ushimaru, revealed to fans in the Wano Country Arc. About 20 years ago, Shimotsuki Ushimaru was imprisoned in Wano. Ever since then, his loyal fox Onimaru stood guard in Ringo, trying to prepare and protect weapons for the fateful day when a battle would begin against Kaido.
Onimaru ate Hito Hito no Mi, model: Onyudo sometime. This Devil Fruit gave him the ability to transform into a monk with great fighting capacity. Onimaru's fighting ability rose to such a level that he could hold his own against Zoro in dual sword style and even overwhelm him in battle on some occasions. While he may not be the strongest character in the series, his overall powers are truly immense. His Devil Fruit even gives him the ability to think and speak, and his fighting powers are enhanced to a whole new level. Unfortunately, this Devil Fruit has not awakened yet, meaning its true powers remain hidden, but it is still a wonderful Devil Fruit.

After Luffy died fighting Kaido, it was time for his fruit to finally wake up. The Five Elders revealed to fans that Luffy's real Devil Fruit was the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, and that it is a divine power that transforms the user into a warrior of liberation.

Without a doubt, the strongest user of Hito Hito no Mi in One Piece is none other than Joy Boy. Just like Luffy, Joy Boy had the power of Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nikaand considering that he existed in the Void Century, he ate this Devil Fruit centuries ago. This fruit was awakened by Joy Boy, evident by the fact that he could harness the power of Gear 5 at will.
Joy Boy was incredibly powerful as evidenced by his Haki, which was also able to cause immense pain to Imu. On top of that, Joy Boy's use of Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika was likely much more refined than Luffy's, given that he mastered this power for a very long time. He was easily one of the strongest characters in the entire series, and more information about him will be revealed to fans in the Final Saga as the past is explored. After his death, which came at the hands of the 20 Kings, his Devil Fruit returned to circulation and protected itself from the World Government. Eventually it found its way to Luffy, who ended up consuming it and became the next Joy Boy.
