Dissidia Duellum Final Fantasy allows players to step into the role of their favorite Final Fantasy characters from across the series. Transported to present-day Tokyo, you'll encounter monsters roaming the streets and try to beat the opposing team in 3-on-3 battles.
While you're battling your favorites, you can also choose to buy the season pass if you want, but what do you get out of it and is it really worth it? We have a breakdown here.
What are seasons?
Seasons are limited-time events that tell the story of Dissidia Duellum. You can earn Season Points by participating in battles while the season is active, and the more Season Points you earn, the more rewards you'll unlock.
You start with A new world tutorial season, which starts when you create your account and ends when all season rewards have been earned. If you choose to purchase the season pass, you will receive additional rewards per season.
You will always be able to see the story events, and these are not locked behind season passes.
Next season is The Fight Rages On, the prologuewhich begins after you complete the tutorial season and will last until April 28, 2026, at 03:59 UTC.
