Disney Dreamlight Valley Developer Gameloft Montreal is giving all players a free pack of 150 Moonstones starting today. Disney Dreamlight Valley has found a passionate audience since its Early Access release in 2022, thanks to its wealth of content based on various Disney and Pixar properties. A large part of the game's success can also be attributed to a steady stream of free and paid content, which has helped keep players invested and excited to celebrate their favorite characters. Also with cozy game competition that Pokemon Pokopiait doesn't seem like Disney Dreamlight Valley struggling to keep their audience's attention.
In the coming months, players should have a lot to be excited about. In February, Disney Dreamlight Valley added content based on The Lady and the Trampalong with the current theme of Star Path. There are less than three weeks left for players to finish that galaxy, and a new one shouldn't be too far away. Next update for Disney Dreamlight Valley is slated to arrive in Spring 2026, meaning full details and patch notes will likely arrive in the next few weeks. After that, content based on Disney's Hercules will come to Disney Dreamlight Valley sometime during the summer months. That's all the information Gameloft has revealed through the game's current roadmap, but players can expect a second roadmap that hints at the rest of the year.

Disney Dreamlight Valleys premium store was added to the game back in 2023, and every week it is updated with new and recurring content. As pointed out by Reddit user _the_indifferent_, players can now get 150 free Moonstones. Additionally, the developers at Gameloft have added a watering can inspired by the movie Tangledas well as a costume based on the one worn by Giselle Enchanted. The unlocking process for the 150 free Moonstones should only take a few minutes, and it appears that the free pack can be obtained by players on both PC and consoles.

Considering how many things there are to buy in the premium shop, those extra Moonstones should make a lot of players happy. There isn't much that can be done with only 150 moonstones, but for Disney Dreamlight Valley players who have been slowly saving up to buy a pack they have attached to the premium shop, that could be the difference. Since launch, Gameloft has added several ways for players to build up Moonstones without directly purchasing them, including participating in Disney Dreamlight Valleys DreamSnaps contests. Still, it can be expensive if players aren't careful. For example Tangled A watering can costs a total of 1,500 Moonstones, while the Giselle costume will set players back 1,750 Moonstones.
In addition to new content updates, Disney Dreamlight Valley is getting a Nintendo Switch 2 version on March 25th. The update will be free for those who own the Switch version of the game, and should include some improvements to the game's visuals and performance. Ideally, that should bring the Nintendo version more in line with how the game runs on platforms like the Xbox and PS5, but it remains to be seen if that will be the case. To celebrate the release, a special Disney Dreamlight Valley The Nintendo Switch 2 console has been created, which will be available exclusively through a giveaway.
