In the end, this power turned out to manifest Nidhogg, a colossal dragon that was almost the size of Elbaf himself and may be one of the most destructive forces we have ever seen in One Piece.
With the Nidhogg fruit, Loki grows to a size comparable to Zunesha, easily making him the largest character in the series to have the ability to fly. Additionally, it seems that he can also control the weather to some extent, as his mere presence began to cause lightning storms and blizzards, and the energy blast he released from his mouth was one of the most destructive traits ever shown in the series. Overall, the Nidhogg Dragon Devil Fruit may be the strongest power in the One Piece.
